Hi y'all! I am back with episode 5 of the Soulfully Stronger podcast, but this episode is the first of a mini series I am going to do on lessons I have learned from everyday experiences and interactions. I believe that it is the small things in our daily lives that can teach us the biggest lessons (if we allow them to do so, of course). In this episode I am going to touch on the lessons I have learned since raising my reactive dog. I adopt my sweet little Jade just over a year ago and she has taught me so much about patience, mindfulness, and unconditional love.
