One of the most interesting podcasts I’ve come across. Southern Demonology has developed into a well thought out program from its initial launching. Honestly, I believe he is a hidden gem of a horror movie consultant. His understanding of each element, from religion, translating texts, monsters, and anything in between is enormous! JJ has shown his knowledge is thorough and his passion is endless. His topics are quite in depth. JJ has such a personable demeanor that leapt across the sound waves that I was compelled to join his Discord server just to see what else he had going on. I was not disappointed! He is very active there and loves discussing all topics with anyone who posts.

An entire new world opened while listening to the interviews and different topics in this podcast. The host is very well educated on the different topics and has interviews with a myriad of guests who bring perspectives and backgrounds from different cultures or to tell personal experiences on this field. And some personal experiences are chilling to say the least…

THE best show on demonology out there. JJ is knowledgeable and a terrific host.

The podcast is really well done. The host has good flow and is very knowledgeable in the field of not only demonology but in biblical history as well. The guest are great as well.

This is one of my absolute favorite podcasts. JJ really has something good going, and I am entertained, educated and hungry for more after each episode. His point-of-view is really unique. He's educated on this topic but also a Catholic, which gives him a perspective that is both reverent and knowledgeable. On top of this, he's very personable. It feels like you are having a conversation with a friend when you listen. I also appreciate the recommendations--I have bought quite a few books after listening, and just ordered two after hearing the Demonic Infestations interviews. This show is something special. I wish you much success, JJ!

The title of the show is a bit misleading, but I found J.J. (Thomas Johnson) an animated and upbeat host that made me feel right at home.
