On this week’s episode, Number 33 of Southern Live Gumbo, we take a step back to discuss the Gumbo recipe,  the foundation of emotional intelligence within this brand, what it encompasses for me and why it is at the core of what this podcast is and will continue to be.

We discuss the rabbit hole that is the Social Media algorithm and how hard it can be to climb your way out of it, as well as the inner conflicts that the popularity of going to therapy is creating for those whose who have been champions of it. 

Lastly, we discuss the perplexity of loyalty, what it means and why it can be so hard for people who struggle letting people in, to let those same people go because they become too loyal.
