In a normal year, this would have been the busiest week in Spencer – fair week. As everyone knows, 2020 is anything but normal. The Clay County Fair was postponed until 2021. This week, we talked to the man in charge of Clay County Fair and Events, Jeremy Parsons, to get some insight on what went into that decision, the impacts of that decision and much more.
