At times as woman and men we feel overwhelmed, alone and have no hope as it is better giving up at times then to continue fighting to get out from the holes we found ourselves in.

I myself have had many days where I felt down, left with disappointment and felt alone but I always managed to pull myself up.

I am here to tell stories of experience’s I have faced and I hope to be a motivation and a reminder that there is hope and most definitely a future for all.
