Welcome to Episode 8 of the Spiral Up podcast: “Redefining Normal”

In this episode, Kim and Mare chat about how people (and animals too) have been feeling during the pandemic. They chat about projects they are engaging in, online groups, creative projects, discovering new things in terms of education, writing, and fitness. 

They discuss the idea of feeling blue at times and how they keep positive and spiraling up even as the isolation and unknowns continue.
