All too often we think spirituality is some mystical thing meant for the super pure and holiest of people. The truth is, spirituality is in every "common" and "normal" aspect of our lives. And sometimes, life isn't pretty or positive. I, Miguel Carmona, a normal everyday man, will discuss personal experiences, thoughts, beliefs, and opinions in hopes to help someone out there in any way possible.
