Do you ever have one of “those” days? You know, one of those days where you wake up irritated and nothing seems to be going your way? Like, no matter what you do, it feels as though you can’t catch a break and that everything that could go wrong inevitably does go wrong?

Yeah, that was me last week! The thing is, about 98% of the things that felt wrong were in my head and how I was viewing the situation. And I learned a valuable lesson that day. Instead of always shifting our mindset away from the hard things, what if we embraced them? What if we just changed our narrative?
