Did you know that your thought life heavily influences your actions?

For most us, we can agree that our mindset can dictate how we show up in our environment. But how often do we actually believe this? How often do we pay attention to the way our thoughts and beliefs manifest into our reality?

Recently, I allowed myself to focus on a negative belief system that ultimately caused me to stop in my tracks. After I sat with it, I had to reevaluate what truth I was willing to tell myself. It took a few days but after I realized what I was allowing myself to believe, I immediately shifted my focus.
