In episode 282 of Sports Bliss with Rob and Kris, Rob and Kristie start the episode with some NBA news. They discuss Lebron James resigning with the Lakers for a 3 year deal with a player option for the third year. They debate what this means for Lebron and the Lakers for this upcoming season. Next, they shift in to the NFL and Kristie brings up Aaron Rodger's recent comments from Packers training camp. Then Rob shares that Antonio Brown is back at it again, this time with Tom Brady and Alex Guerrero. They finish up the NFL segment with Kristie updating us on Joe Burrow's progress after his appendectomy.

Next, Rob and Kristie discuss college football and the B1G's land breaking media deal with Fox, CBS, and NBC. Rob breaks down how the contract will work and what this deal could mean for the Pac12 and the BigXII. They also discuss the California Board of Regents response to UCLA leaving for the B1G and could they actually block the move. They also discuss the other options the board proposed including Cal switching to Division III in sports. Next, Rob shares news of a huge addition to Deon Sanders staff at Jackson State. They debate if Prime Time will continue to grow the program at Jackson State or is he just auditioning for a power 5 job. Rob suggests a potential job opening Sanders could be perfect for. Finally, Rob shares some UCF news that they will sell alcohol in the entire stadium this season. They debate if this is a good or bad thing and what the effects could be.

As always Rob and Kristie end the episode with trivia and a would you rather.
