In episode 245 of Sports Bliss with Rob and Kris, Rob and Kristie start the episode discussing the unfortunate passing of Steeler's quarterback Dwayne Haskins. Next, They recap the Orlando Magic's season and Rob asks Kristie if this was a success or failure this year for the Magic? Then Rob shares with Kristie that the Laker's fired coach Frank Vogel. They debate if he was the cause of the Laker's troubles and could a potential candidate coach improve them next season.

Next on the agenda, Rob and Kristie get a glimpse of the new USFL to prepare for their kickoff next weekend. Rob and Kristie discuss some of the new teams and what the playoff format will be. Then Rob shares with Kristie some of the unique rules the USFL will have this season and a technology that could improve and speed up the game.

Next, Rob shares some news about two former NFL wide receivers that are trying to break back into the league. Rob asks Kristie if she thinks either player will make it back next season.

Rob and Kristie then switch gears and discuss some college football news. Rob and Kristie debate Dabo Swinney's recent comments that the college football world is going to blow up as we know it. Dabo again suggests that a large single league of 40 to 50 teams will be formed and exclude the rest of the current schools. Rob and Kristie also discuss Billy Napier's comments after the Gators second scrimmage of spring ball. Rob asks Kristie if she is concerned about his comments? You don't want to miss her reaction.
