As 13 teams across two divisions are competing for the 2021 TNL Title.

Division 1: Jaguars (GP) , Crinums (FS) , Golden Flames (GP), Southern Stings (WC), Flames (NW) , Kingdom Stars (KZN).

Division 2: Aloes (EC), Kingdom Queens (KZN), Tornados (WC), Sunbirds (MP), Diamonds (NC), Baobabs (LP), Comets (EC).
