Rentgrata connects prospective renters with current residents of apartment communities so that prospects can ask questions and get feedback from their peers. If a prospect chats with the resident on Rentgrata and ends up signing a lease, both the prospect and the current resident get a reward. It’s a modern take on traditional referral programs that are offered by apartment communities.
