Work is a big part of our life. Various researchers show that 35 per cent of our total waking hours over a 50-year working-life we spend at work. Therefore, it is important to establish a work environment that keeps us productive, helps us perform at our best and is a place we want to be at.

To understand how to achieve an environment like this, in this episode, I have been joined by LeeChambers MSc MBPsS – Environmental Psychologist, Wellbeing Consultant and Founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing.
