Keeping that in mind, think about the resources to your disposal and how these can enable you to collect that data, whether it is a person you can talk to, or a project you can participate in. But remember that it's important to set goals that you can start with right away and that are measurable. And step by step, you continuously get closer to becoming the person you want to be.

• Makes them actionable and measurable
