Nobody taught me how to be vulnerable.

Not my parents. Not my teachers. Not the culture I grew up in — where masculinity and emotional openness didn't exactly go hand in hand. I spent years performing a version of myself that looked together, while underneath I was really afraid to be real.

I wish someone had handed me a step-by-step guide. I wish someone had sat me down and said: here's why you're hiding, here's what it's costing you, and here's exactly how to build your way out of it.

Nobody did. So I built it myself — slowly, painfully, over years of expanding my capacity to be seen.

This episode is the guide I wish I'd had. It's for the younger version of me who needed it. And it's for anyone who wants to build the skill of feeling powerful in your vulnerability.

What You'll Discover:

  1. Why not being vulnerable is costing you more than you think — in your relationships, your money, your health, your sense of self.
  2. Why the fear of being seen makes complete sense — it's not weakness. It's a protection mechanism built by a younger version of you. Understanding that changes everything.
  3. Why self-practice alone has a ceiling — journaling and breathwork are essential. But the nervous system heals in relationships. You need real practice with real people.
  4. How to set the right container — bringing your truth to the wrong person perpetuates pain. The skill includes knowing how to set the stage before you open the door.
  5. The difference between vulnerability and projection — one creates intimacy. The other creates damage. Here's exactly where that line is.
  6. What masculinity and vulnerability actually have to do with each other — and how redefining that changed everything for me.
  7. What it feels like on the other side — nothing to hide. The same person in every room. Relationships so full of truth you stop performing entirely.

The Biggest Takeaway:

You're going to walk away from this episode with a real, practiced framework for letting yourself be seen — without the fear of rejection swallowing you whole.

You're going to understand why you've been hiding. You're going to have compassion for it. And you're going to have a clear, honest path for what to do next.

The more vulnerable you allow yourself to be, the more magnetic your life becomes. The more people show up. The more intimacy, support, and magic finds its way in.

This is the skill that changes everything. And by the end of this episode, you'll know exactly how to build it.
