Sometimes when we get overwhelmed by various emotions, it's difficult to function. This week Devon J Hall is focusing on finding ways to battle overwhelming emotions by creating systems of organization, both emotionally and physically, that will hopefully help her relax a lot more.
It's difficult to express how you feel when you have so many triggers firing off in your brain at one time, creating systems of organization can be huge in helping you to function on a balanced daily basis. Whether that means organizing your space, you'll do what you gotta do to keep feeling better and functioning at a level that you are comfortable with.
