Mike Sipple, Jr. is tireless in his quest to be the best leader possible. He is the leader of several organizations and is as busy as any one person can be. There are often not enough hours in the day to get everything done that needs to get done.

A big difference with Mike is his concentration on compassion, especially when it comes to mental health. With family history of anxiety and depression coupled with the loss of a dear friend to suicide, Mike and his team make sure to keep mental health at the top of mind when leading.

He openly admits that he might work too hard and not take enough time for himself. This is the way he was born and has to manage it the best he can. The team has agreed to take personal days as they see fit and hold each other accountable. Transparency and a “come as you are” outlook is how they choose to operate.

Mike is also a leader in the business community and mental health awareness is an initiative that he spearheaded locally. The goal is to get the word out about mental health in business. Everyone deals with mental health challenges no matter if you are at the top of an organization or not.
