Scott Robertson joined me on the podcast to discuss mental health in the workplace. Scott is a leader in the business and philanthropic community in Cincinnati as well as nationally.

He sits on the board for many organizations but one in particular as it relates to mental health is the Lindner Center of Hope in Cincinnati. He was invited personally by the Lindner family to help join their cause to address mental health in the community and around the world.

Scott is a rare individual in that he is very successful in business but also extremely compassionate and educated when it comes to behavioral health. He knows how important it is to open the flood gates around mental health and for us all to participate in open, honest dialogue around this topic so we can work to end the stigma that is associated with it.

Mental health in business is rarely talked about but Scott is helping to lead a charge to change that. He wrote an article for the Cincinnati Business Courier in 2019 where he put his flag in the ground as someone who wants to be an advocate for change. We need more leaders like this in the business community to put themselves out there for the greater good.
