Former Arsenal, England and QPR Goalkeeper David Seaman joins Andi and Miquita. He brings his wife, Frankie, a professional ice-skater.

Over chicken curry and rice, the couple discuss how they met, their professional careers, and the sacrifices they made to get to the top of their professions. David also talks about the diet of his former Arsenal colleagues, the pressures of the press, practising his signature from an early age, and how he coped with the welcome, and unwelcome spotlight, while playing at the highest level.
