New Zealand's major banks are set to reveal their profits this month. 

It's a crucial time for banks as their customers start to roll of fixed interest rates on loans like mortgages to much higher rates.  

So are banks benefitting from charging borrowers more, or are they having to give that extra money to savers through better deposit rates.
