Chef Darren has been a supporter of ours for a long time and after 3 visits in the 3 months, we have become even bigger fans of his. This dynamic duo is creating gnarly flavors, epic spice levels & magazine cover photos out of their downtown Denver kitchen. We talk inspiration, their journey to opening & hardships of the industry in this day and age. 

In addition to that, we just goof off for 20-30 minutes, talking parental approval, horny cartoon characters and all sorts of comical conversations.
