Today we are going to chat about something that seems to be popping up in books and conversations over the last year. As we dive more into ourselves and reflect, you can’t help but run into the ego.
The ego shows up in more ways than we think. It can make us feel small, larger than life, victimized, powerful, scared, any number of things. It can prevent us from having self-awareness, the wisdom to step away from anger and not take things too personally. As women in media, sometimes we can trip ourselves over our own ego. How do we stop doing that to ourselves?
