Last spring I called a Story Circle on the theme of Love. People answered questions online, and some joined me for an online call, and we all went deeply into these questions: “what does love mean to you? What has been your experience of love? What do you yearn for, in the area of love?”

What struck me was that, simply by focussing on these questions, I experienced more of a flow of love inside. Both reading the answers that people had written, and hosting the call, I found myself dropping more deeply into the sweet experience of love.

Telling the story, re-recording it and listening back to it gave me more of the same. Interesting isn’t it? Whatever we focus on, we bring more of that into our lives.
