Randy Ginsburg is a natural-born entrepreneur who exudes contagious optimism. When he was eight years old, Randy learned that his father had recently sold an old photograph of him toddling through the fields of a nature conservancy for use in a corporate publication. Upon hearing the news that his picture would be featured on the cover of a magazine, Randy looked at his dad and asked, “Do I get a model fee?” From there, his entrepreneurial quest began and has continued to this day. From door-to-door snow shoveling services, lemonade stands and high-end sneakers sales, to manufacturing his own cut and sew clothing pieces, Randy has sold it all. His passion for business has carried through to adulthood as he graduated from

the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, where he earned a double major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. When he is not speaking or writing on the world of business and entrepreneurship, he enjoys keeping up with the latest fashion news, freestyle rapping, and traveling with friends.
