In a world where the hustle and bustle of daily life often takes precedence, it's a rare gem to come across a company that not only values its employees but also takes the time to pass along invaluable wisdom. Recently, I had the privilege of striking up a conversation with a young Chic Fil A employee while waiting in line at their counter.
