Cynthia Dawn Constantine was 15-years-old when she was last seen in Oakdale, NY on July 11, 1969. Three young boys said that they saw Cynthia going into the woods with her dog. The dog returned home without her just a few minutes later, with its collar and leash still on. Cynthia was never seen again.

Cynthia would be 67 years old at the time of this recording. She is described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes, 5’3” and 117 pounds. She has a mole on her throat and a discolored front tooth. She owed a pair of prescription eyeglasses, but it is unknown if she was wearing them the day she disappeared. Cynthia has previously fractured her lower right arm. She was last seen wearing a white blouse, black Bermuda shorts, orange sneakers and possibly a yellow metal chain with a cross pendant.
