Amanda is the founder of Cabin Row Kitchens, a local business that sources their food from certified organic and grass-fed farms in the tristate area. She believes in the healing power of diet change for those battling chronic diseases.

Her own personal lifelong battle with chronic inflammation left her legally blind from age 8, and at the age of 21, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Amanda has used diet change along with supplementation and exercise to maintain her vision and physical abilities; she currently lives symptom free from MS. She has been off all pharmaceutical drugs for almost a year.

Amanda is also a Medical Marijuana patient in New Jersey and advocates for the progression of the statewide program in order to bring relief to more patients who are suffering from non-life threatening illnesses.  She was featured in Rutgers’ Scarlet Magazine in 2015 discussing the current problems facing the state’s program and how to make positive changes.

Listen as we do a broadcast side by side in Amanda’s house. I got to taste the Bone Broth while we were recording. So much great information in a short time.
