What can I say about this wonderful human... far too much to fit in one review so I will summarize. Mental health journeys hard and ugly, this show puts all that centerstage in an unapologetic format that relates to anyone who listens. Each episode finds a way connect to the audience. Whether it through brutal honesty, humor, or tears. This show is what we need and our "Local Neighborhood Baby" is putting in the WORK!! Listen to this!!
