On the day of his honeymoon, Swire found out that the company he worked for went under and he was out of a job. And so, his path to business was more forced than planned, but he didn’t regret a single step of the way! He was joined by his wife as a business partner. Today, He helps companies grow their sales, and retain employees and customers alike, through custom branded products.

Swire believes growing your business all about building trust with your customers and it takes time to do this. This doesn’t magically happen, and definitely NOT overnight. It takes careful planning and there’s a need to invest in your customers – you need to see people as PEOPLE!

One brilliant way you can build trust is by creating TRUE Transformations that will take a customer away from their pain point and towards the happy state that they desire! Isn’t that what we ALL want as humans?
