And and welcome to another episode of the of stuck in my mind
0:43
podcast. I'm your host, w I z e, And my
0:47
next guest, I'm excited. Everybody be prepared
0:51
for a a wonderful episode. I'm so excited because just from
0:54
the Welcome backstage. I
0:58
had great energy, great vibes, so I'm excited for this guest. Let's just walk
1:02
let's just bring her on to the show. Welcome, Nora Foster.
1:06
Hello. Thank you. What an honor,
1:10
privilege to be here in this time and space. Yeah. It's a great time
1:13
to be alive, baby. It is. So okay. So
1:17
let's just let's just jump right into it. So Your your journey
1:21
involves transforming your life in multiple aspects. Right?
1:25
From health to becoming a a barefoot triathlete.
1:29
Can you share a pivotal moment or realization that set you on
1:33
this path? What, like, what got you going on this path? Yeah. There
1:36
were several moments, but 1 in
1:40
particular was watching my parents decline
1:43
and subsequently died a very young age and I
1:47
was living the exact same lifestyle they were.
1:51
You know, I was morbidly the obese. I was on all kinds of
1:54
medication, and I remember looking at them, and I remember saying, you know what?
1:58
I'm not fucking going out like that. It was a
2:02
big and it put me on a path of
2:06
really starting to peel back my my Programming and conditioning
2:09
as a human. Yeah. And just starting to go,
2:13
oh, wow. I've been told I'm supposed to be diabetic because my parents
2:17
were? That's not true. So, yeah, I reversed
2:21
I mean, I was on all kinds of medication for depression and
2:24
diabetes, And I'm meant free. I reverse that
2:28
stuff, and that's my message is, people, you can do
2:32
this. Absolute. And and and it is
2:35
something that, is big business. That's that's big
2:40
business. Medications, Everything that so that's why
2:43
they have the processed foods that they have out there, and we all eat it.
2:47
We all go to market, and so it it it is true.
2:52
But what what is it what can people do to change
2:55
that? What what are the things they can do to change their situation?
2:59
I think the The biggest thing people can
3:03
do is start to become aware, and
3:06
I'll talk about it in a moment, but that's the base platform of the holistic
3:10
scaffolding and to and to question everything.
3:14
Question everything you have ever Been told. Now I'm
3:18
not going to say it's right, wrong, and different whatever, but question it.
3:23
It's okay if you still decide to
3:26
Follow what you've been told or what you believe. It's fine. There's no judgment
3:30
here at all. But question it. You may want to select a different
3:34
path. It may not be what's in alignment with
3:38
actually your true self, not the programmed
3:41
human. There's a big difference there. So so you
3:45
mentioned holistic scaffold scaffolding. What is that?
3:49
It is actually it has been given From
3:52
the universe for humanity. I'm just the
3:56
vessel that's delivering it. It is a 6
4:00
platform Framework technology, if you
4:04
will, that you use to shed your bullshit programming
4:07
conditioning. The best analogy I know to give is if
4:11
you think about the sculpture of Michelangelo's
4:14
David, Your David is your true
4:18
self, your spirit, your soul, your wise ass motherfucker, your intuition. I
4:22
don't care what you call it. It's there. What
4:26
that's your David. The programming, the
4:29
human program that we've had, that is actually all
4:33
the granite that was around David. And Michelangelo has a famous quote. I
4:36
can't remember it off the top of my head, but he said David was in
4:40
it. All he had to do was chisel away The
4:44
excess, material. And that's what holistic scaffolding does
4:47
for you. Yeah. You once you learn it, you have it for the rest of
4:51
your life. So it's very different.
4:55
So basically we're chiseling away at ourselves. We're
4:58
chiseling away at ourselves, our, The ego
5:02
part, the programming, the conditioning that we've all had as
5:06
humans. Yeah. So,
5:10
So this is something I I'm really and believe in, like, talking about your
5:13
true self and being authentic and being you, and that's something I I
5:17
I'm I feel I'm able to do on my podcast. Like,
5:21
being an independent podcaster, I can I don't have no one tell me what I
5:24
can discuss, what guest I can have? I can actually Bring
5:28
the guest I choose to have on my guests, have these wonderful
5:32
conversations, and just be me. Yes. And and when I come on here,
5:35
I I I love having these conversations because It's
5:39
helping me develop and grow and learn because I'm learning so
5:42
much, and and I get to speak to wonderful people like
5:46
like yourself. And Yeah. And it's
5:50
just you can see the transformation. You can feel the transformation because you
5:54
from where I went from where I first started on my podcast where
5:57
I'm now. And even with everything that's going on
6:01
with the hard work I'm putting into the podcast and the recognition I'm starting to
6:05
get in, It's it's been it's
6:09
been wonderful. It it it's like just being able like you said, just chiseling. I'm
6:12
still learning. I'm still growing. I'm still Figuring out who I am,
6:16
and and I'm a work in progress. I'm just in the way. I'm do
6:20
I'm doing what I I can to
6:24
Make myself better. It's things I still I know I have to work at. That's
6:27
Yeah. I'm working I have to work at. And but, again, this is
6:30
the mission of my podcast is to be able to Experience this and
6:34
speak to people and and and learn and
6:38
have people at the same time learn with me. Exactly. And you are
6:42
living that and I I wanna thank you for that
6:45
because I can tell you are Authentic. You are showing up.
6:49
I can tell if I had a conversate I'm having a conversation on your
6:53
podcast, but I know if I met you on the street, You are authentically the
6:57
same person and that is fantastic and you're living
7:00
your mission to be authentic and to help other people. That's
7:04
that's what I'm doing as well, and we're not alone. There's there's all
7:08
these little there's all these people that we are waking up,
7:12
And sometimes it can be scary as hell because
7:16
yeah. When you start to kind of when you do wake up,
7:20
You can, like, unravel your life. And, I mean, that happened to me
7:24
in in some other areas in my life. You know?
7:27
Yeah. When you start doing that, right, you you
7:31
start I've met. I've become friends
7:35
Real and I mean, when I say friends, that these are people I can if
7:39
I need something or anything goes on, they're there
7:44
We're doing the podcast. Like, so there's so many podcasts that I'm really good
7:48
friends that they're gonna be friends for life because of
7:53
They share a lot of the same qualities that I share. We believe in a
7:57
lot of the same things. We all and and it's and we all come from
8:00
different walks of life, but It it's just
8:04
amazing when you start putting out an energy,
8:09
The energy you receive back and the people you start
8:13
attracting and the people you start connecting with. And there's people that See
8:16
that you're truly trying to be yourself, and they're like, I wanna work with
8:20
this person. I wanna hang out with this person. I wanted to create
8:24
content with this person. I wanna And so
8:28
the more the more I'm I go into it, like,
8:31
the opportunities are arriving, the the people I'm connecting, the guests that I'm connecting,
8:37
And just the relationships that you're like, wow. Like
8:40
Yeah. And you can't I mean, as humans, we've we've tried to
8:44
Worse though sometimes. Mhmm. But generally, that doesn't work out for you. What
8:48
you're talking about is I call it
8:52
authentic alignment because you are authentically aligning
8:56
with your your purpose, your true self, whatever you want to call it. And
8:59
you're right. And then the universe is always in
9:03
our favor. I I say all the time, it's not happening to
9:07
you. It's really happening for you. Now I wanna be really clear.
9:11
You know, I've been through some horrific things as a human,
9:15
but I've I've come to a point where I can view all the learnings,
9:19
You know, it's a gift. I mean, I really learned through
9:23
things. So, yeah, I'm I'm grateful for it. I
9:26
mean, even even the stuff that was Oh, listen. Even
9:30
listen. My aunt just passed away Saturday Oh.
9:34
Cancer. I'm so sorry. And but I but I I had an event that
9:37
I was cohosting. I was, I was doing
9:41
something for, international podcast day with some friends,
9:45
and And it was like and no
9:48
one knew. Only 1 person, my cohost. Only my cohost for the event knew
9:52
what was going on with me. Like, she's the only one that knew.
9:58
And it it wasn't till almost the last event, last show,
10:02
last thing that I I let people know what had happened,
10:07
and no one had a clue. No no one because I I came. I
10:11
I Because I was still in an environment with with
10:14
people that I loved being around. Just being
10:18
able to talk to them And and just feel the
10:22
love and the energy that we all have for each other. So and and I
10:25
knew and my sister had already because my sister was with my mom. They went
10:29
To do they went to see my aunt and everything,
10:33
and she was like, no. Do your pro do your show. Mhmm. We're gonna take
10:37
credit as we already know what's going on. Mhmm. Services are gonna be later
10:40
on. And and so I I'm I'm
10:44
able to Focus and and do my podcast. And, yeah, I have a heavy
10:48
heart, but I know I've been through
10:52
so much trauma and grief and loss that
10:56
I know that you would really truly want me to continue
11:00
to do what I'm doing. Like, You wouldn't want me to be sad,
11:04
and and she's like, no. She she's the kind of person that would tell you,
11:07
live your life. I'm like, yes. Yep. I'm gone on my hip, but I'm
11:11
naturally gone because energy is never gone. So Yeah.
11:15
It's it's it's It's
11:20
been amazing from from all the
11:23
support of all my friends, all my, And is it and it just it
11:28
just makes me just why I like this is what I love to do. Mhmm.
11:31
So this is my happy This is my I can I can very much
11:35
tell that? And yeah. And I am I'm sorry for your
11:39
loss, but you said something, You know energy is energy and
11:42
it's never lost and and I've had a lot of loss in my
11:46
life too, but I try to reframe that because When
11:50
they're when they've left their physical body, yes, then they're
11:54
really always with you and they are with you all the
11:57
time. So I like to think of that as like wow.
12:01
They're now instead of I get to see them a couple times a year or
12:04
whatever, They're always here. They're always and they're always
12:08
cheering for us. It's amazing. Sometimes it's hard to
12:13
See through that and feel through that grief, but I yeah. I'm sending
12:17
you a lot of unconditional love. And Oh, thank you. I I greatly
12:21
appreciate it. Oh, but It it it I'm just saying, but
12:24
it's like, I could easily been canceled the shows this
12:28
week, and, like, I don't But this is
12:32
my this is my happy space. This is my safe this
12:36
is where I feel comfortable. This is love. I
12:39
love being able to do this, so why take
12:43
that away from me? That's why I look at it like, why take that away
12:46
from me and Yeah. And and Kinda
12:50
like her make it more a little bit more, like because then I'm focusing on
12:54
missing her and all this other stuff. And and So now I'm able
12:57
to, yes, do what I love, talk to have a great conversation. Mhmm.
13:01
Yes. I miss her. But, again, like I said, energy never goes
13:05
away, And she's always with me. And Absolutely. It's
13:09
it's it was a no brainer to
13:13
really continue with the shows this week. Yeah, well I'm
13:16
glad you are and I know your audiences as well
13:20
because it's the ripple effect, you never know who's going to hear
13:24
Part of what you have to say and how that's gonna help them on their
13:28
journey. So yeah. That's absolutely that's what we're all about. I
13:31
mean, that's that's the To me, in
13:35
my mission is, you know, bringing holistic scaffolding to
13:38
the collective, the ones that are ready. To
13:42
me, that is our way out of this hot mess that we're in,
13:47
because When you settle in and do your own
13:51
work and you're in alignment with your true self, that is, I
13:54
call it epipolitics and epi religion. It's
13:58
beyond politics. It's beyond
14:02
religion. It's, it really is. Because at the base,
14:06
we really are unconditional love
14:10
and that's kind of where humanity has, I mean, that's why we're
14:13
so divided and in different camps. And
14:17
I'm like, this is a this is a technology that can help
14:21
people do their own work, Shed that programming because
14:24
I have to be honest with you. It it takes
14:28
work, but I
14:32
truly see all the beautiful
14:35
souls and their true self, Even people that
14:39
are wrapped in in quite a nasty human, to be honest with you. But I
14:43
can see through that. That I mean, that's
14:46
that's huge. And I don't know that a
14:50
lot of people can kinda grasp that, but And I used to
14:54
live on both sides of the political fence and,
14:58
you know, and I'm like, I'm just not there anymore. I'm gonna love you no
15:01
matter what. And and that's one thing, yes, one thing I'm real
15:05
it's I
15:09
don't to me, politics is just I don't
15:12
It makes no sense to me because at the end of the day,
15:16
none of the 2 parties care about what We're doing
15:20
so we need to focus on ourselves and not focus on what they're
15:24
doing. And to me, it it's that's what they want. They want us
15:27
distracted. So So by them having us divided and picking
15:31
red or blue instead of picking yourself and being like, no. I'm not gonna let
15:35
y'all control me and Manipulate my way of thinking.
15:39
Mhmm. I I I look at both views. I'm like, yep. There's some good things
15:43
over here. There's some good things, but there's a lot of,
15:46
Yeah. You Messed up stuff. You are speaking my
15:50
language. Absolutely. And you said you said the key thing is it is
15:53
a distraction. It I I don't know
15:57
how or why or who or whatever, but it is a distraction.
16:01
It is a distraction keeping us to settle in and do
16:05
our own work. Because when we do settle in and do our own work and
16:09
we shed that bullshit programming, conditioning, distractions,
16:12
We realize. We do see. I mean I see your
16:16
beautiful soul but I also, you know, somebody that cuts me off Running
16:19
down the road. I mean, I see their beautiful soul too.
16:23
Yeah. So that it's huge. So I'm a big
16:27
proponent. Settle and do your own work. Yeah. Come and join what
16:31
I'm doing if if that calls you, but I'm not tied to that. I
16:34
just want people to do their own work. That's it. I don't care what you
16:37
need. So Because
16:41
because honestly yeah. Because everyone's path is different.
16:45
So, there there there will be people who are like,
16:48
yes. This is the program for me. This is what I need to and and
16:52
and This might not be some people, this might not be the podcast for them.
16:56
Yeah. And I'm okay with that, and I'm cool with that. I'm cool with that.
16:59
Too. Not every not everyone is not for everyone,
17:04
But I do happy that check it out, and so
17:07
I continue to do what I do. So for me, it's like,
17:12
It's okay if you don't like like, my wife doesn't listen to my
17:15
podcast. She doesn't. She doesn't. Yeah.
17:19
She's like, I talk to you every day. It's like, I I live with
17:23
you. I live with you. Why do I say no thank you? All about. Yeah.
17:27
Yeah. Why do I gotta hear about no thank you?
17:31
And and so but but she is my biggest fan.
17:34
She she she is my biggest cheerleader show. Whenever I get T
17:38
shirts, me, she's Rocking them to work. Yeah. She she's like, oh, man.
17:42
My husband's a podcast. You listen. You should listen to it. So she is my
17:45
biggest fan and my biggest cheerleader. Yeah. But she
17:49
honestly, she won't she don't listen to my podcast. Yeah. And you're okay with that.
17:53
Yeah. Absolutely. With that. Oh. I'm good with that. She's but
17:56
but, again, I said She's my biggest cheerleader. So Mhmm.
18:00
Yeah. That's wonderful. I'm glad I'm glad you have that in your life.
18:03
So So
18:07
so alright. So so you have a platform,
18:11
souls healing humanity. Right? What what
18:15
what is that? What what does that offer? It it is
18:18
actually, an online community that
18:22
I've got a lot of different, I've got free resources
18:26
there, I've written a book called Fed Up Not Fucked Up.
18:29
I like that title, I see that title. Yeah,
18:33
I haven't uploaded it to Amazon yet, it's done but, you
18:37
know, it's in the process. But there's also on The
18:40
Fed Up Not Fucked Up online course which is
18:44
22 lessons and it's self guided but
18:47
I'm walking them through the process of Learning the
18:51
holistic holistic scaffolding lifestyle is a choice. One of
18:55
the big differences in what I have to offer
18:58
is The holistic scaffolding lifestyle,
19:02
we focus on a higher, more positive vibration.
19:06
Now we, you know, you we delve into the full cornucopia of
19:10
human emotions, but we're not so focused on, I
19:13
wanna change this and this, you know. We focus
19:17
on the positive stuff. So and there are 6 platforms to that.
19:21
So I know you'll be able to put a link. There's some free stuff, Take
19:25
back your power work, workbook for them that's free.
19:29
There's also, bullshit bag mini course. I deliver
19:32
5 little video lessons. They're less than 5 minutes on how
19:36
people can build their own bullshit bag so they can become aware
19:40
of some of the bullshit they're telling themselves and their wife.
19:44
Yeah. It's a lot of fun. So but, yeah, there's a lot of
19:47
free stuff, stuff for purchase. Yeah. So So, yeah, I
19:51
will put I will put the the link in the description so you
19:55
everybody can click. You can go check out the link and and check out the
19:58
website. Yeah. Get some free stuff and Absolutely.
20:02
Maybe yeah. If everybody likes free stuff. Everybody likes. I
20:06
love free stuff. So I'm I'm all about the free. So
20:12
So so so the name of my podcast is stuck in my mind.
20:16
And, Again, the reason I I named it that way is because I was
20:19
when I initially had wanted to start a podcast, it was gonna be
20:23
2019. And I had bought I bought this
20:27
little podcasting studio set up for, like, $160
20:31
on Amazon. And I kept messing with it. It came at
20:35
deleting their mess. Because originally I was gonna do a sports podcast with
20:38
a friend of mine, and we didn't we didn't end up doing it. And I
20:41
had I had the equipment sitting around over a
20:45
year. Wow. And finally,
20:49
Well, I I got furloughed from work. So Mhmm. It was at the beginning of
20:52
the pandemic. I furloughed from work, and I was like, man, let me just
20:56
press record, record the episode, Which wasn't that long. It was I had
20:59
my nephew, and then the setup was crazy because I
21:04
had my nephew on the phone. I had the mic Standing here, and I'm just
21:07
holding the phone for the mic so you could hear
21:12
him. And we well, we just it was just an introduction episode,
21:18
And it it was just it was like, alright. This is it. He's like, no.
21:21
We should wait. We should Call a couple more, and then we said, I'm sitting
21:24
there. I I want people to see the beginning. I want them to see the
21:28
where we started from. And then what was great about it,
21:31
because then probably 35, 45, probably way more a few more than that. But
21:38
in the sixties and seventies, I redid the 1st episode,
21:42
but I kept the 1st 7 minutes. Right? The first I kept the
21:46
1st original episode, and then I just added a reintroduction
21:50
episode, is that was actually, like, another 35, 40 minutes.
21:53
Yeah. And I just wanted to show the people, like, yes. This is
21:57
This is the 1st time we did anything, and now look at us now, and
22:01
you could just see the growth. So What
22:06
for you, what what would you what kind of tips would
22:10
you give someone who's who's stuck in their mind or something like
22:14
They're hesitant about taking this risk because they're
22:18
afraid of of failure or whatever. You
22:21
really cannot make any mistakes and I
22:25
know that is shocking to some people because I know we do get, as a
22:29
human, we get so stuck. The analysis paralysis and you can't
22:32
make decisions. Just make the
22:36
decision. You're not gonna make a mistake. It is
22:39
happening for you. Yeah. It may be completely different. It may blow up
22:43
in your face and you may think it's a big fuck
22:47
It's not. It's there to teach you. The
22:50
the wisdom there is that you can sit back and
22:54
go, what can I learn from that? You know, I thought it was gonna I
22:58
thought this relationship was gonna be this, and it turned out to be a
23:02
hot stinking mess. What can I learn? Why was that
23:05
person in my life? What can I learn from that?
23:09
So just Try not to get stuck in your head like
23:12
you're saying, not stuck in my mind. Come into
23:16
alignment with your true self, which is your heart space. You make those
23:20
decisions, learn from them. Just keep moving forward. You
23:24
know, don't don't give up. I I've been
23:27
So down emotionally and depressed that, yes, there were times in
23:31
my life that I did not want to
23:35
live. And I and I think as human beings, if we're
23:38
really, really honest, we all go through that, and it's a scary
23:42
time. Yeah. Yeah. It is. No. It is. It
23:46
definitely is. It it it it like
23:49
I said, I was, For me, it was just I would delete it, record
23:53
it. And it was because I was like, oh, this this is what I this
23:56
is what I'm telling my own self in my head. Who's gonna wanna listen to
24:00
me? I'm I'm I sound
24:04
horrible. Like, I don't I can't do this.
24:08
And it it was just so many different excuses that I was throwing out there.
24:11
Like, oh, man. I don't have and then when I finally
24:15
did Release it when I finally recorded and released it,
24:19
and I was like, it's not that bad.
24:23
What's the worst that can happen? Nobody listens?
24:27
Exactly. Yeah. But at least I took the I took the risk, And
24:31
I and I and I put it out there so that I'm it was easier
24:34
to release up even though it took a couple of weeks. Mhmm. I believe about
24:37
a month Yeah. Released episode 2. But
24:41
that that just gave me a little bit more confidence. And And and look
24:45
at where you are now. Like I said, you are authentically living who
24:49
you are And it is the ripple effect. You
24:52
are helping probably millions of people
24:57
in just that that ripple. And, yeah, it's
25:00
it's amazing. But I totally get what you're saying because
25:04
I only started souls healing humanity just over a
25:08
year ago because I was living my mission but it was just kind
25:11
of, You know, with individual people and small groups and, you
25:15
know, the universe kept kicking me in the head. It's like, okay. You need
25:19
to get out there. You need to, But, you know, like, you're saying, oh, jeez.
25:22
It was my human self. Yeah. Who's gonna wanna listen to me?
25:26
I'm 55 years old. What do I have to say? Who Pairs, you
25:29
know? Like yeah. But No. You're right. You just
25:33
you that's the thing. Keep moving forward. Keep Just keep
25:37
making those decisions. So No. Yeah. Yeah.
25:41
It says you're absolutely right when it comes to that. It you have to continue
25:44
to make those decisions. And and it's and it's it's
25:49
just it's been wonderful to be able to to do this. And
25:55
Like I said, it's just something new every day. There's
25:59
there's something new every day. Because I I recall
26:03
I do the live shows Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. That's what
26:07
I those that's my schedule. And before that, before I got
26:10
before I got some kind of structure because prior to
26:14
that, I was probably oh my god. I was probably recording 6,
26:18
7 episodes a week. Wow. And it
26:22
was just like, maybe I might burn myself out. Let me
26:25
chill, slow down. These I'm a set a schedule. And
26:29
but then this has all been happening within the last year. Yeah.
26:34
And when I did that, As far
26:40
as, my my as far as the audio podcast,
26:44
It's helped me with being consistent with
26:48
that, making sure I have a weekly a freshly weak apps. Even though I
26:52
record 3 episodes a week, Video wise, I take 1
26:55
episode. I strip it, take the audio from it, and I u and I put
26:59
it on the audio as well. Mhmm. And so now I have a
27:02
back catalog because I'm doing the 3 episodes a week. And
27:06
so now if I wanna take a vacation, I wanna take as far as
27:09
The audio goes, I have back catalogs to just fill
27:13
it in. Mhmm. So it's been it's just been
27:18
Much more structured and then learning up with learning about
27:21
AI, news and chat g b t, and all these other programs
27:25
Just to improve because
27:29
these are skills that I'm developing as well. I'm developing Editing
27:33
skills. I'm developing other skills that people don't
27:36
wanna do. Yeah. But I'm I'm enjoying I'm enjoying the
27:40
process of learning these skills and Being able to do it to
27:44
I'm starting a master where it's not taking me much time to
27:47
do it. That's fantastic. There's 2 things
27:51
that popped out as you were talking. Number 1, I
27:55
love how you're actually putting yourself first. You're saying you were
27:59
doing like 6, 7 a week and something in you,
28:02
you intuitively knew this is too much. So you
28:06
were actually pulling back and putting yourself first and that is one of
28:09
the principles that I teach is that we've been programmed
28:13
to think Putting yourself first is selfish and it's not.
28:16
It's not. Yeah. So I'm glad that you
28:20
are able, You have a lot of wisdom. You're an old soul. I don't know
28:23
if anybody's ever told you that before, but you are definitely an old soul. And
28:27
I don't mean old life. No. No. No. You know what I mean by that.
28:31
But yeah. So I've always fantastic. Yeah. Always
28:34
had that that patience to to To teach, to
28:42
wanna wanna help people, and and they
28:46
wanna enlighten people sometimes. I don't I'm not trying to say the town
28:50
Conquering, but it it's just that it I feel that I have information that
28:54
I wanna share. Exactly. You're sharing that sharing that wisdom.
28:58
And one and one of the craziest thing was I had a guest on, and
29:01
we had a discussion. We talked about it, and I was like, man, she's I
29:05
was like, yo, I I feel like I'm selfish.
29:09
I said I said I feel like I'm selfish because I'm enjoying these conversations
29:13
so much, and I'm I'm having a great time doing the show.
29:17
And she goes, what do you mean that's so that's not selfish.
29:20
That's self love. And she goes, and the fact that you're sharing
29:24
it with your audience Yes. What's the what's the selfishness in
29:28
that? Exactly. It she said it's okay for you wanna grow and
29:31
learn. It's fine. It's not a problem. Yeah. And that that's the
29:35
second thing that I wanna loop back to you about growing and learning is what
29:38
you're talking about that you're learning. That's one of the I
29:42
Teacher principle called 5 gold goals. And one of the 5 goal
29:46
goals where you never fail at goal setting again is becoming
29:49
a lifelong learner. Absolutely. And I love that in
29:53
you. So because a lot of people will get stuck in kind of their ways
29:56
in the same way they've always done it and they don't really wanna see anything
29:59
else. And living by that principle that
30:03
you're always learning, you know, and changing. It's like, it's
30:07
okay. I have people reach out to me now and send me, like, yo. Why is
30:18
this a new tool I learned about? Check it out.
30:22
Or, yo, this new software, Check this out. And
30:25
and, oh, I I've shout out to my man, Phil Better.
30:29
He he's helped me autumn like, He's helped me
30:33
with automation. Like, he's helped me
30:37
within the past few months. I started actually sending
30:41
out a weekly email with whatever content I created for
30:44
that week, the previous week or whatever.
30:49
And that was something I wasn't doing before. Yeah. But he
30:52
saw something. He's like, yo, I wanna teach you how to do this. He says
30:55
to he said and because he he teaches people
30:58
Professionally, he says, but I want you to take this beta course. Here
31:02
you go. And you got me started on doing automation. And
31:06
and now that I'm learning so many other Other things to help me
31:10
help grow Yeah. My business and help my grow my
31:13
podcast. Exactly. It it's just like, I'm blessed to
31:17
have these people come into my life, but, again, that's the energy.
31:21
It is because you are authentic. You, like I said
31:25
before, you are authentically aligned with, you are living on
31:29
purpose and that's why you're having all this stuff pop into
31:33
your life and in, you're manifesting all that, because you
31:37
are living on purpose and you are authentically who you are
31:41
and you're not trying to force that and you're open to learning.
31:45
And yeah. And that that's what we're all about. I mean, that
31:49
is our mission as humans. It's like It's kind of the classic
31:52
hero's journey, you know. Some people are gonna awaken and take
31:56
that hero's journey. Some people aren't, and that's okay.
32:00
We're gonna love on them anyway. Yeah. But
32:03
once you kinda learn enough, then you that is
32:07
Authentically aligning, you come back and you help your other humans, and that's what
32:11
you're doing. So But it is it's funny because
32:15
Me and my nephew, we we we discussed this, and we talked about this, and
32:18
and he's like, yo, I've been wanting to try to help pull
32:22
people with me. He's saying, I need I need he says, they start
32:26
realizing I can't do that. He says, not everybody's coming on this journey with us
32:29
because we try to put, Like, we try to get people involved with us that
32:33
they're like, oh, man. We and they just do it a
32:37
couple times, and they drop down. They drop out. And and we're like,
32:41
Alright. We we we tried. We we
32:45
can't continue to try to pull you along with us.
32:49
We need to Go forward. We can't
32:53
is that we gotta continue to move forward. We we can't continue to look
32:57
back to help y'all. No. I And then we can't
33:00
focus on we can't focus on what's coming ahead. Yeah.
33:04
We might miss something. Exactly. So Yeah.
33:08
When we started learning that, we're like, okay. It's not that we're
33:11
we're trying to be selfish. We tried. We tried to bring People Exactly.
33:15
And you not not everyone's meant to come on this journey with
33:19
us. Exactly. And their journey is actually
33:23
perfect for them and that took me a long time because I Oh my god.
33:26
I'm a recovering people pleaser and I was like
33:30
the family savior. And what I discovered is
33:34
that it was actually a huge distraction for me and I think other
33:38
people resonate with that as well, Because, you know,
33:41
you're trying to pull them along, you're trying to help them, you're trying to save
33:44
them, you're trying to tell them you shouldn't be doing this, you should be doing
33:48
that, and for me it just kept me from doing my own work
33:52
because their path is their path. It is perfect for
33:55
them, even, even though You can look at it and
33:59
it's like, oh gosh. You you can even see there it's
34:02
kinda like a slow train wreck sometimes. But just releasing that and like you said, just let them go and they're not
34:10
meant to be, you know, on you with you on your path and that's
34:14
okay. So yeah. And and and it's
34:17
it's and then we've
34:21
we've I know I've realized that he's kinda realized it, but
34:25
he's like, we put these expectations on
34:28
them. And so when they disappoint us, But it it
34:32
it's like, no. We it's how it's we take I I I
34:36
I'd like know what? No. That I take that out. I'll take
34:39
that because I shouldn't have put it that. I shouldn't put the expectation on them.
34:43
They're gonna be who they are. I shouldn't force who I want
34:47
them to be Yeah. And expect them to be who I
34:50
want them to be, and then get upset when they
34:54
don't They don't be that person, but but it's
34:58
not my place to choose who they are. Mhmm. So when I
35:02
started realizing that, I'm like Yeah. Yeah.
35:06
I've Yeah. It's another one of the 5 goal goals that
35:09
I teach is trust, choosing trust. Trust the
35:13
universe, yourself, and others. You're talking about, like, kinda putting a
35:17
little bit of trust in other people because you're trying to, you
35:20
know, help them and And trust that they'll kinda take your advice
35:24
or your expectation.
35:28
And to me, If you don't accept people
35:31
and and trust where they are and you can't trust the universe and
35:35
yourself, You're just participating in what I call like
35:39
magical thinking because you and you kinda are like,
35:44
You really are attached to the outcome that you think
35:47
should happen. And that's a hard thing to learn. I'm still working on
35:51
that. I'm like you. I'm a life Long learner man. I don't have all the
35:55
answers. So that is something I'm still working on is not being
35:59
really attached to the outcome of, Hey. I want this
36:02
person to to be this way and I I wanna help
36:06
them, but, you know what? They're they're just where they are.
36:09
I mean, I, You don't need to accept that. So yeah.
36:14
Yeah. You do. You do. So
36:19
Looking looking ahead, what is your vision for the for the future of,
36:22
souls healings humanity, and how do you hope to
36:27
Continue making a positive impact on the lives of others.
36:32
I am really trusting The
36:37
universe to to use me in any way
36:41
that is needed right now. And yes,
36:45
I as my human, I see this as a huge global
36:49
movement. Is it global right now? No. But I'm trying again not
36:53
to be attached to that outcome and just saying, universe, you know what? You've
36:56
given me this. I'm living it and
37:00
I'm helping As many people as I can, use
37:04
me however I'm needed. So, yeah.
37:08
And I'm trying to, in the opportunity that's coming To me, I'm
37:12
taking it. So yeah. Yeah. It
37:16
it has you have to take it. You have to run with it. And,
37:20
it's it's I'm I'm I'm
37:24
I'm loving this journey. Like,
37:27
Just being able to to take the
37:31
risk and and really and take that leap of faith to the
37:35
point where When I first started, right, and I used to be a
37:38
big gamer. I mean, I come home from work, and I would spend hours
37:42
gaming, hours gaming. Mhmm. And so when I started
37:46
podcasting and I really started getting involved, my wife really came to me, and
37:50
then she says, I know you're serious
37:53
about this. Because I know you're serious about this
37:58
because you completely abandoned your PlayStation. It's collecting dust over there.
38:02
You you haven't touched it. Alright. Since you're serious about this, what can I
38:09
do to help you to make this and somehow Generate
38:13
money? What what can we do? What what do you what do you want? What
38:17
do you what do you want from this? Like And as well, yo, I
38:20
I love doing creating podcasts. I wanna start doing creating helping
38:24
people create their podcast and become a producer and all. It's like, alright. So let's
38:28
start your LLC. This that's first step 1. Let's work on this. Let's
38:31
do it. So, again, it's I'm
38:36
blessed in the fact that The people around me support me. Yeah.
38:44
And and don't judge. And just like, go ahead. Do
38:47
you. Exactly. Yeah.
38:51
That's fantastic. And you can tell you're, you know, you're aligned.
38:54
I mean, because That's the thing that that
38:58
a message that we can get out to the audience is, like, when
39:02
you are in line with your true self, Spirit, soul, whatever you wanna call
39:06
it, that feels good. Like you said, you are
39:10
like, I love doing this. I, You know, that feels good. When you're out
39:13
of alignment, it doesn't feel so
39:17
good. You know, you're living by somebody else's programming And
39:21
that's the big message behind souls healing humanity in the
39:25
holistic scaffolding. We have been programmed. You're
39:29
living in accordance to somebody else's conditioning.
39:32
I'm not saying it's wrong. I'm not saying to go back and blame your parents,
39:36
religion, whatever. I'm not saying that. But you have an opportunity to shed that and really know who
39:44
you really, really are. And then you design. When you're in alignment,
39:48
what you're doing right now, you are designing
39:51
your life In alignment with your true self,
39:55
you're designing a life for you, by
39:58
you. Not by the programming that you've had.
40:02
There's a big that's a big I call them wisdom nuggets.
40:05
It's a big wisdom nuggets. Yeah.
40:09
Like, wow. And that could take a while to learn, but that's the power
40:13
of holistic scaffolding. And like I said, And I say it
40:17
a lot in my community. I'm not your next fucking guru.
40:21
Gurus expect you to follow a certain programming. And I'm not judging that because
40:24
I have followed gurus But you know who knows
40:28
what's best for you? You.
40:32
Your true self. So the power of holistic
40:35
scaffolding is that you once you learn the
40:39
framework, you have that for the rest of your life. Yeah. I'm gonna be able
40:43
to Help you and guide you and teach you. I am a transformational
40:46
guide. I am not a life coach. I'm not a fucking guru. I
40:50
don't want A ton of people, like,
40:54
following it's not a program. It's a framework for you to
40:57
use. So it's, Like I said, the universe
41:01
brought this for humanity through me. So yeah.
41:05
And listen. The universe wanted to make this happen because, like I said
41:09
earlier, This you you your p PA, whoever
41:12
you there there was an opening, and next thing you
41:16
know, You're you're in the slot. Yeah. I know. Yeah. I read
41:20
the profile. I was like I had it read it before, and and I I
41:23
have forgot I didn't send it a link. When I did send her
41:27
the link, she jumped right at the. I see I see
41:30
you got open on the October 3rd. See you there. Like, well I'm like, woo
41:34
hoo. But, again, but I'm I'm I'm
41:38
also believer that this this conversation was needed to needed to happen.
41:42
Yeah. It was meant for this conversation, and that's why that That
41:45
slot opened up. Exactly. Able to fit right in.
41:50
And and so it's because We needed to talk. This me and you
41:54
had to sit down and have this conversation and share
41:57
share this with the world. So I'm I'm excited this is
42:01
a great time to speak to you. I am. I and if there's anything I
42:05
mean, this is definitely an authentic Connection,
42:08
I am honored to be in your presence and I know that there are
42:12
people out there that Or we'll get something.
42:16
They're getting a lot from what you're bringing and from what I'm bringing. So
42:20
Absolutely. Yeah. But now You get the solo screen.
42:24
You get to plug away, let everybody every anything you wanna plug,

42:40
I love you. I love humanity. My mission is to help
42:43
heal humanity. Whatever method you use
42:47
To shed your bullshit programming and conditioning, to come
42:51
into alignment with your true self, I want you to do that.
42:55
This is our way out of the hot mess that we're
42:58
in. I am here in any way that you need.
43:03

43:10

43:13
I can help you on your journey. I love you.
43:19
Awesome. Awesome. Like, like,
43:23
nothing to worry about. I love that. I love I love
43:26
that. I love that message, but, yeah, you people, you will find the description in
43:30
the in the in the you will find the links in the description. As soon
43:33
as this episode done, I will put them in there.
43:37
Thank you. Thank you. Wonderful time. This is Oh, me too. This
43:41
is I love the I got I got goosebumps. I love the I
43:45
listen. I love the energy. Nothing but love. I these
43:48
converse these are the best conversations me. These are the ones
43:53
where it's impact me. Aw. Thank you. It
43:57
impact You as well, and hopefully this will impact the audience. And those
44:01
these are the conversations I'm beginning to realize that I don't truly
44:05
