0:42
And welcome to another live Episode. I am your
0:45
host, w I z e. I'm excited because my next
0:49
guest, the topic that we're about to discuss is Something I love
0:52
talking about, which is the law of attraction. If, you checked out
0:56
the podcast, you know I I've seen the secret. I've Actually, I got to speak
1:00
to Bob Doyle. It was a great experience. So I'm excited.
1:04
So welcome to the show, Sarah
1:07
Mahoon. Yay. Thank you for having me. I'm
1:11
excited to be here. Oh, thank you for being a guest. This is, Listen.
1:15
Like I said, this is a topic I love talking about is the law of
1:18
attraction. 2007,
1:22
I I Watched the DVD, read the book,
1:26
and it it really has made an impact on my on my life. It it's
1:31
But we're gonna we're gonna get into it. We're gonna get into it. Yes. Yeah.
1:36
So Can can you share that that that
1:40
pivotal moment or inspiration that led you to commit to transforming your
1:44
self worth in 2 2006? Oh my goodness.
1:48
It was a series of things, not one moment. It was a
1:52
series of of struggles.
1:56
And, because I couldn't
1:59
fix my problems with money because I didn't have any, I
2:03
needed to find a a way to fix my problems that didn't
2:06
involve spending money. So when I,
2:14
when I started really going into
2:18
How does this stuff work? Because I had been I had
2:21
been fond of reading, empowering literature
2:26
For many years, but I hadn't really put it into action. It's
2:30
like, you know, you you find a new book or a new course and and
2:33
you go through it and it's wow. Wow. It's Fantastic while you're doing it,
2:37
and then you put the book away and you forget about it.
2:41
Yeah. So even though I had been on the journey for a very long time,
2:44
I hadn't really put it into practice. And when my life
2:50
got to a point where I had no choice, And then I was like,
2:54
okay. I gotta figure this out. And so
2:58
I went deep in because
3:01
I'm one of those people that if you tell me to
3:05
use something, I will I will
3:09
want to research it. I want to figure out how it works, why it
3:12
works before I use it. So that's why I
3:16
went deep. And, literally, my life depended on it. I had
3:20
no choice. So so
3:24
I, I made a lot of mistakes, actually. I Did
3:27
a ton of stuff that didn't work. Some things got
3:31
better. Some things got worse. And I I got to a point where I was
3:35
like, if this is a law, Like, you know, we say
3:39
gravity is a law, the law of gravity. Yes. If this is a
3:42
law, then I should be getting consistent results.
3:46
I shouldn't be getting some good stuff and some bad stuff.
3:50
It should not be like throwing spaghetti at the wall.
3:55
I should be able to tell what will happen. If I do this, this
3:59
will happen. If I do this, this will happen. Because it's a law.
4:02
We don't walk out of our doors and expect to fly.
4:06
You know? Like, we we know speed, distance,
4:10
trajectory. We can do those calculations and they are exact
4:14
because gravity is a law. So,
4:18
so I Wanted to figure it out because it didn't make sense to
4:22
me that if we are calling it the law of attraction,
4:26
it must be consistent. So what did
4:30
you what did you start doing to to see the
4:34
consistency? What what were the thing the changes and the shifts that you
4:37
made? I made lots of mistakes like Edison.
4:41
Like Edison, I did a 1,000 experiment, maybe more. I
4:45
I experimented every single day. It's it was about observation.
4:49
And because I am, my training way back
4:53
is I have a scientific background. And so
4:57
To me, it was always like, okay. Let me tweak this little
5:01
thing and keep everything else the same and see what
5:04
happens next. That's how we run scientific experiments
5:08
in a lab. You hold a number of variables
5:11
constant and you only change 1 variable At a time to see
5:15
whether this variable really makes a difference. And
5:19
so I just I I was convinced that law of
5:22
attraction works. And the reason I was convinced was because
5:26
I had examples of people before me who were telling me
5:30
that they had changed their lives using the law of attraction.
5:34
And and so in my mind, if they can do it, I should be able
5:37
to do it. If it's a law, that means I'm doing something wrong. I
5:41
need to figure out what I'm doing wrong and fix it, and then it will
5:45
work for me. So,
5:49
So that was basically the process that I followed. And
5:53
and many years later, I ended up documenting everything in a
5:57
book called manifesting mistakes that has 15 mistakes
6:01
that are the most common mistakes that there are so many
6:05
mistakes people make, but in that book, There are 15 mistakes
6:08
that I made and that I see other people making as well in
6:12
understanding and applying the law of attraction. Can you can
6:16
you give us a a couple examples of of
6:20
of these mistakes that people consistently make? For
6:23
sure. I think one of the biggest mistakes that
6:27
I was making is that I treated it like
6:31
a tool. You know, like, you take a can opener.
6:35
You open the can, and you put it back in the drawer. Law of
6:38
attraction isn't like that. Gravity isn't like that.
6:42
Gravity is working all the time.
6:46
And so one of the things that I figured out was this is not a
6:49
tool. I have to be consistent. It has it requires
6:54
everyday work. And, basically, it doesn't require as much work as it
7:02
requires attention. I just need to be conscious that law of attraction is
7:05
working and not do things that are going to
7:09
make the law give me negative results. For example,
7:13
when we have a glass in our hands, We look for a place to
7:17
put the glass down because if it is made of glass
7:21
and we don't put it down on a Firm surface, we know
7:24
that it's going to shatter. It's gonna fall and break.
7:28
So with law of attraction, If the law is working all the
7:32
time and I don't pay attention to what I am
7:35
doing, I'm gonna break a lot of glasses. And
7:39
it's it's not really going to be glasses. It's gonna be my life,
7:43
and and I don't want those kinds of things to happen to me
7:47
anymore. I want to be able to pay my bills at
7:51
the end of the month or even during the month. I want more money
7:54
sitting in my bank account than I know what to do with. I
7:58
want all my relationships to work harmoniously.
8:02
I want love in all my relationships. I want to
8:05
feel happy At work, whatever work I'm doing, I
8:09
don't want it to be painful to wake up in the morning and tell myself,
8:12
oh my god. I have to go to work again.
8:16
Why is it Monday? Right?
8:20
So, I wanted all these things in my life to Change. I
8:23
wanted people to be nice to me. I wanted to be nice to people.
8:27
I wanted to be able to go shopping and buy whatever I felt
8:31
like buying. I wanted to be able to
8:35
help people and I wanted to lavish my children with
8:38
things that I never had the opportunity to have. And so
8:42
I wanted to change all of that. In order to do that,
8:47
I had to make sure that I was paying attention
8:51
To gravity and the law of attraction.
8:55
So okay. But what what are the a couple of
8:59
common mistakes that Just any person usually makes the
9:04
Wait. To shift to help. Yes. Like Yeah. I get
9:08
it. I get it. So how do you make law of attraction work all day
9:11
every day? No. No. No. I I wanna know
9:15
what are the common mistakes that people like, I know peep I know some of
9:19
these people expect they just they think
9:22
that by them just wishing it or thinking about it, it's gonna
9:26
happen. They don't realize that they don't have they don't put it they have to
9:29
put in the work, like you said, constantly working every day
9:33
Exactly. To to make to make it happen. But when the one of the common
9:36
mistakes people do believe is, like, with the with
9:40
the movie, the secret, everybody, like, oh, you keep Thinking and then we become no.
9:43
But you also have to put in the work. Like you said, you every day,
9:46
you have to work towards that and make it happen.
9:50
It's not that if you just sit there and and And it will happen. Think
9:54
and think about it. Yes. That so that's one of the common mistakes feel
9:58
pretty weak. The thing that the missing piece there is that thinking,
10:03
thinking about it the way That is
10:07
based on law of attraction will open the right doors for you.
10:11
Mhmm. Will make it easier for you to do the work that you need to
10:15
do, but you're not doing away with the work. You're not gonna sit on the
10:18
couch at home and visualize it into bean.
10:23
Action is definitely a part of it,
10:26
but we call it aligned action, which means that the action
10:30
is based on law of attraction. So it is
10:34
inspired action. It is aligned action. It is
10:38
action so let me give you an example. I want to be a doctor,
10:42
But I don't wanna go to school to be a doctor. Well, guess what? Law
10:46
of attraction is not going to help you to bypass going to
10:50
school because that's the step involved. So if
10:53
you want something, then do the things that will take you
10:57
there. A law of attraction belief system
11:01
that involves faith and trust will just make it easy
11:05
for you to do the work, But the work will still need
11:08
to be done. It's just that when you practice gratitude and appreciation,
11:13
you don't wake up in the morning kicking up a fuss about doing the work.
11:17
Yes. Your attitude towards doing the work is different, and
11:20
your attitude makes it easier to do the work. Mhmm. Because
11:24
your attitude makes it hard, and your attitude makes it easy.
11:28
And that's the difference. Of course. Yes. Because the like you said, these
11:32
days It's it's like you it's it's like
11:35
you regret you, like, oh, Monday. It's Monday already. Oh my I
11:39
don't wanna go to work. Exactly. Yeah. So When you look at it as
11:43
like, alright. I'm up. Let's go to work. Let's get it done. Is it
11:46
and and focus on that. Because this is one time example.
11:50
Yeah. Well yeah. It it is your attitude. It's how it's how you how you
11:54
approach it and how you go with it. Exactly. Again Exactly. It's it's like
11:57
the thing with, when you stub your toe, You can
12:01
let it go there, or you could let it permeate and and
12:05
bother you throughout the whole day, and that's gonna just ruin your day. That's right.
12:08
Where If you just stub your toe and, like, ah, it hurts at the moment
12:11
and just let it go and just focus on going tomorrow today, then, yeah, it's
12:15
a difference. Well, I'm gonna I'm gonna pick on that Example that you just gave,
12:19
it's a great example to work with because if I stub my
12:22
toe, that is the universe sending me a
12:26
message. And that's what it means to pay attention, to be
12:29
aware where your thoughts are. Because if you spill coffee, if you
12:33
stub your toe, If, you know, something
12:37
happens, you slam the door on your hand, that is the
12:40
universe sending you a signal that says you Better watch
12:44
out because more is like this is coming.
12:49
So that's an opportunity. That's what awareness does is People don't
12:52
pay attention to the little things that are happening in our lives, but the little
12:56
things are indicators of the direction we're taking in our life. So I
13:00
can stop right there and say, oh, I must be heading in the wrong
13:03
way. Let me find something to appreciate. And then
13:07
You start appreciating and your day starts getting better.
13:11
People don't do that. One of the mistakes people make is when they stub their
13:14
toe or they spill their coffee, everyone hears about it, Which means
13:18
that they keep themselves there. They don't let it go. Like you
13:21
said, let it go and move on. People don't let it go and move
13:25
on. They talk about it. They post it on Facebook. Oh
13:29
my god. There are so many times that I see pictures of
13:32
people showing their injuries on Facebook, And I'm like,
13:36
stop it because you're making it bigger. That's not the solution.
13:42
Yeah. No. Yeah. Absolutely. That's that's one thing as I
13:45
That one of the common mistakes people do do is
13:49
they stub the toe, and they just focus on that all day long. I can
13:52
stab My back my crew is still, and they just won't let
13:56
it go, and they just won't let it go. So and and that that's and
13:59
like you said, that's a sign where, Why? Why?
14:03
Like, I I hurt my toe. Let me maybe
14:07
take some moments to reflect and meditate something to really Exactly. Get me
14:11
going to really get me on a different path and and and a different
14:14
attitude compared to just focusing on the pain and and thinking about
14:18
that for the rest of the day. So that's the awareness part. But the next
14:21
part is the reason law of attraction is not a tool is because you
14:25
don't do it for 15 minutes and put it away in the drawer. It's
14:29
okay. Something you've got to practice throughout your
14:33
day. People think that they're going to meditate for 15, 20 minutes or
14:36
half an hour or even an hour, and then they're going to visualize for
14:40
a few minutes. But my question is, what are you doing when you come out
14:44
of the visualization? What are you doing when you come out of the meditation?
14:48
Because if you're doing all of that for 1 hour a day, but for 14
14:51
hours a day, you are dissing everything, you're complaining all the
14:55
Then guess what? You're not generating enough positive
14:59
vibration to counter all the negativity that you are
15:03
putting out into the universe every single day.
15:07
Absolutely. Yeah. I I agree with that. Mhmm. So
15:12
So can you explain the concept of heart and mind alignment and its
15:15
significance in manifesting desires?
15:20
So heart and mind alignment is a process that I teach in
15:24
all the work that I do. Basically, our heart is the
15:27
place that gives rise to desire. You know? Like, we
15:31
want something. That desire piece, But our mind
15:35
holds us back because the mind comes up with all sorts of reasons why
15:39
you can't have it. You're not ready for it. You don't have
15:42
the face. You don't have the body. You don't have the age. You don't
15:46
have the income. Whatever reasons. So our
15:50
mind tells us not to go after our desires.
15:55
Heart and mind alignment happens when We say, okay. I
15:58
may not be ready just now. What do I need to
16:02
do to get ready? And that's how we close the gap. So we
16:10
close the gap between the heart and the mind, and we find alignment, which
16:13
means that the heart and mind are looking at things the
16:17
same way. They are both empowered and pointing in the same direction.
16:21
An example would be, that you're in a little robot,
16:25
and you have the heart sitting in it and the mind sitting in it, and
16:29
they're both, Paddling in opposite directions.
16:33
So that boat is not going to go anywhere. Your
16:37
mind has to line up with your desires And,
16:41
and instead of stopping you from getting there, your mind has to
16:44
find ways to get you there. And
16:48
it starts with the mind saying, I can do it.
16:52
I just have to figure out how, but I can do it. A lot of
16:56
times we just close the door by saying, oh, that is not gonna happen for
17:00
me. It happens for other people, but it doesn't happen for me.
17:04
And so heart and mind alignment, I actually have a 4 step process
17:08
that helps us to close that gap. And, basically,
17:12
what that process is is step 1, you you
17:16
have to like any GPS, you have to know where you are.
17:20
And step 2, you need to know where you're going.
17:24
Step 3 is quieting the mind. It's giving
17:27
the mind reasons For not closing the door.
17:33
So we give reasons to the mind for not closing the door by
17:37
saying, well, if other people can do it, That means they figured it
17:40
out. I can figure it out as well. I
17:44
just have to do what I need to do in order
17:48
to be ready. And I've done difficult things before in
17:52
my life. I've seen other people do difficult things in
17:55
their lives. I know that person who was exactly my age, looked
17:59
like me, had hair like me, had you know, was the same size,
18:03
same age, same whatever, same background. And if they can do
18:07
it, then I can do it too. So you quiet the
18:10
resistance that the mind is creating because the mind kind of puts the
18:14
brakes on. And what we want is for the mind to release
18:18
the brakes to allow you to go forward, not
18:22
jump, but take Steps forward. That's
18:25
what having a goal is all about. When we have a goal, then the next
18:29
thing we do is break it down into smaller steps.
18:32
And If we don't do that,
18:37
then we don't make progress. But the added little
18:40
thing that we do in law of attraction In step 3
18:44
is to deal with our negative beliefs. So our
18:48
negative beliefs will always say you don't have this. That is why
18:52
you can't have that. And so
18:55
dealing with that negative beliefs that says, I may not have
18:59
it today, But I can certainly find a way to have it
19:02
tomorrow. I can figure out another way to
19:06
get to where I want to go. So you
19:10
soothe yourself and step 4 is appreciation.
19:14
Because appreciation raises your energy, And
19:18
when you raise your energy, all doors open.
19:23
And so then it becomes easy to to go through one of
19:27
those doors. The choice is yours. The universe does not
19:30
decide which door you should go through. That is
19:34
always ours. That's why we get stuck because we get stuck when
19:37
we make the choice not to move forward, Not to do
19:41
anything about the desires that we have. And that's where we were
19:45
talking about action. That's where the role of action comes in.
19:48
You know what you gotta do. If you don't do it, then you'll stay where
19:51
you are. And and that's hence
19:55
why I named my podcast stuck in my mind podcast
19:59
Because for for a while, I was stuck in my mind
20:02
about, should I start a podcast? Should I not start my podcast?
20:06
Or should I I was just making up so many excuses Yeah. Or
20:09
I'm gonna fail, or people are not gonna listen to me. I'm not gonna have
20:13
an audience. Nobody wants to sit down and talk to me, And these are just
20:17
all excuses that I was just feeding myself so I wouldn't do the
20:20
podcast. And then one day, I'm just sitting here talking with my nephew,
20:25
And I finally decided to press record and
20:28
stuck in my mind. Podcast was born. There you go. See? It took me it
20:32
took me yeah. It took me getting out my own mind, my own my own
20:35
head, and stop making excuses and take the action to make it
20:39
happen. It was me really.
20:43
And then once I started once I started, it is like I couldn't stop. I
20:46
was just okay. Right. Is that it it was like, alright. I
20:50
can do this. Exactly. It's I I I have things I
20:54
wanna talk about. I have a story to share. I have I
20:58
want people to come on and share their stories and their experiences. And it was
21:01
like, okay. And so with each episode, The time
21:06
grew. It went from 7 minutes to 10 minutes to 15 minutes Yeah. To
21:09
meet interviewing people. And
21:14
Now to the point where now I'm because I was strictly audio at
21:18
first. Right. And then I transitioned to video and audio
21:22
and every, And it it was me
21:26
taking the action, me wanting to learn, me wanting to
21:29
find out how I can make my What what was the actions I
21:33
needed to do? I started making the right connections.
21:37
Like you said, when you make that that shift and you start And you
21:40
start focusing on what you wanna get done Yeah. And what and
21:44
how you wanna do it. Yeah. Like, doors you said doors open. Yes.
21:48
Yes. Door open. Exactly. And people come through those doors to come
21:52
show you and guide you Exactly. Half. Yes.
21:55
When I did when I did the shift and and did focus on
21:59
wanting to build the podcast and wanting to grow, opportunity
22:02
arise, doors open, people started wanting
22:06
to show me this is what you need to do to improve. These are the
22:09
little things you're not doing right now to make
22:13
flight changes. So, Honestly, in this past year with all the things because
22:20
I've been doing a podcast for 3 years, three and a half
22:24
years or whatever. And it was it was this pat
22:28
it was December 2022 that I
22:31
really started focusing on certain things that people had taught me.
22:35
Mhmm. And and and since then, I've
22:40
doubled the amount of downloads
22:44
I did in my 1st 2 2 years, two and a half years.
22:49
And it's because, again, it was that shift. It was me Taking the action
22:53
to 1 and 2 1 and 2. So that's the thing.
22:56
When when you take even a little bit of action, what happens
23:00
is With every little step you take, you
23:04
give up a little bit of fear. It's the fear that
23:08
holds us back. It's the fear. The when when
23:11
our mind detects fear inside us,
23:15
it stops us from moving forward Because
23:19
that's the role of the mind. The mind wants to protect us from
23:23
danger. If you're feeling fear, then your mind is
23:27
saying, oh, there must be danger out there. We better not go there. We
23:30
better not do that podcast because that's making you fearful.
23:34
Let's not go there. Instead, what we need to do is to
23:38
say, I can go there. I just need to take 1
23:42
step at a time. I don't need to Jump all the
23:45
way over there. So fear so so we talk about
23:49
in law of attraction, we talk about the concept of the emotional
23:53
scale. Fear is a very low vibration.
23:57
And what and love is the opposite. Love is a very
24:01
high vibration. So I usually use a pen To signify that
24:05
this is an emotional scale, right down here is despair.
24:09
And and along here is Fear and anger and
24:13
revenge and guilt and blame are all in this negative
24:17
part low down on the emotional scale. The worry
24:20
line is in the middle, and it divides the emotional scale
24:24
into a negative half at the bottom and a positive
24:28
half at the top. So we need to go past
24:32
the worry line into hope, enthusiasm, eagerness,
24:35
satisfaction, Love and joy. And when we do
24:39
that, all doors open.
24:43
Because Your emotions are
24:46
the key that opens the field of all possibilities.
24:51
In quantum physics, We understand that anything
24:54
is possible. All the possibilities for the way
24:58
things can work out are out there and they
25:02
are alternate realities that exist.
25:06
But it is our emotion that allows us
25:10
access. If you are at a low place on the
25:14
emotional scale, only those possibilities are available
25:18
for you that match the emotion that you're feeling.
25:22
So we don't want to manifest things from a place of fear.
25:25
We want to manifest things from a place of confidence. When
25:29
you manifest things from a place of confident
25:32
confidence, you feel good. And when you feel good, then
25:36
more things that match That positive emotion start coming
25:40
into your life because emotions are the
25:43
key that open the field of all possibilities.
25:48
Absolutely. Yeah. I I really feel that. So
25:52
what would you what what advice would you offer to someone who is just
25:56
beginning their journey A self discovery and empowerment.
26:00
I'm gonna say that if you could keep
26:04
handy, repeat often the affirmation, All things
26:08
are possible. Then you will
26:11
always find your way. For example, if I want
26:15
To buy something or I want a different career. And I
26:19
say, that's not gonna happen for me. And then I remember,
26:23
but all things are possible Because it's law of attraction.
26:27
Okay. So that means I just can't see the possibility just
26:31
now. But if all things are possible, then
26:34
This too is possible, and I'm going to allow the universe to
26:38
show me how it can become possible for
26:42
me. Because my way is not gonna look like your way. It's not
26:46
going to look like someone else's way. I want the universe to show
26:49
me my path. And that's how you open up
26:53
the path. And then one day you're sitting there and an idea will
26:57
just drop into your lap. Call this person. Do
27:00
this. Read this book. Go to go to the news
27:04
just now or just go to Google because there's something
27:08
Waiting for you right there. And so
27:12
that's how the universe talks to us because the universe talks to
27:15
us through Other people and things
27:19
that are already in our environment.
27:23
And sometimes, Once you start becoming aligned enough that,
27:27
you're always in the top part of the emotional scale,
27:31
You start receiving messages, they drop right into your mind.
27:36
But you know that it wasn't your thought Because it dropped
27:40
into your mind. It wasn't something that you were already thinking or
27:43
considering. That's how you receive
27:47
guidance. And doctor Wayne, I used to
27:50
say that prayer is us talking to God.
27:54
Intuition is God talking to us.
27:59
It's it's funny that you mentioned, doctor.
28:03
Actually, when I go to when I sleep, I actually either
28:07
have him playing Or I'll have,
28:10
Jim Rome playing or even,
28:14
Les Brown. So I I I I alternate, and then I then I have other
28:18
people that I listen to while for while I'm before I go to sleep and
28:21
while I'm sleeping. And and it's just to just
28:26
To keep me on that that that mindset. Absolutely. All wonderful
28:30
teachers. Yes. Yes. And so that's
28:34
that's the other thing. We tend to ruminate
28:38
on things that are bothering us, and That's
28:41
one of the mistakes people make is to ruminate or focus on
28:45
the thing that's not going right. But it's law of attraction, which means
28:49
that You get more of whatever you think about. So if you think about things
28:53
that are not going right, you're attracting more of what cannot go
28:56
right. But if you shift that and you start
29:00
appreciating what is going right or at the bare minimum,
29:04
just get off the subject And think about something
29:08
else. Change the channel. Now you're allowing
29:12
good things to come into your life. So, you know, like, a lot of us are
29:19
taught to think. Think about this and then you'll get the
29:22
answer. But in reality, you have to get off
29:26
thinking in order for the answers to come.
29:30
And we are not getting off The topic of thinking
29:34
forever, just not when we are in a place of negative
29:38
emotion. When you're in a negative emotion,
29:41
place on the emotional scale and you think about something that you
29:45
would like to improve, you actually do more damage,
29:49
then good. And we don't realize
29:53
that. Nobody ever taught me that. It's not what we teach at school.
29:57
I wish that it was taught at school Because it would save
30:01
a lot of us a lot of hassle.
30:05
Yeah. It would. It definitely would. But, again, like you said, it's not something that's
30:08
taught. It it's that's
30:12
if our our education system would be much better off if they
30:16
would teach people that. But Exactly. It it's it's
30:19
just it's just the way of them keeping
30:23
people in in line and check. So,
30:27
So as an author, coach, and speaker, what
30:31
what future projects or initiatives are you excited to
30:34
explore? My goodness. So many. I'm,
30:38
I I have a lot of things swimming in my head,
30:42
but What I usually say is I enjoy them in my head and
30:46
I let them go. I'm not attached to them. But sometimes
30:49
you have an idea come to you that You just can't help
30:53
but want to take action on. And so currently, I'm
30:57
working on another book. So I've written 18, but
31:01
this is Going to be my 19th book. And this one is
31:04
an anthology. So I have authors,
31:08
friends, people that I know who are all
31:11
Heart based coaches, they are participating in
31:15
this anthology, and our objective is to help people
31:20
Figure out mental health and mindset
31:24
by actually Being vulnerable
31:28
in sharing our own journeys by telling
31:31
stories about like, just Sharing the story of how
31:35
what happened and then how did I deal with it. But the thing that
31:39
I'm most excited about is that we are going to use the
31:43
book as a Fundraiser and give away 100%
31:47
of the royalties from this book to support women
31:50
and children in shelters in our own local communities.
31:54
So what makes this project different is that every author is
31:58
going to raise funds in their local communities
32:02
To give back to the community in which they reside.
32:06
So I'm really, really excited about it. Oh, that's amazing. That's something
32:10
that's an amazing project. That's that's wonderful. That's a great thing that you've you've build
32:18
those relationships with people that They're they're
32:22
willing to engage in such a project to give back to the community,
32:26
and that just shows you The wonderful things you can do
32:29
when when you make that mind shift, that when you when you
32:33
start putting into action Yes. Things
32:36
that you plan. Like you said, you have a lot of things that go
32:40
up in your head. Right. But and it's great to win like,
32:43
it's It's been, like, when since I started my
32:47
podcast, I've never thought of myself as a creative person or whatever it
32:51
was. Right. And I started doing my podcast, and I started realizing
32:55
I'm more creative than I give myself credit for. It
32:59
was and then I started creating more shows, started
33:03
editing stuff, started creating thumbnails. And I'm like,
33:07
man, I'm I'm really am creative. I am I am
33:10
capable of these things. And for so it's a long time, I was
33:14
Doubting myself. Again, fear. Going back to fear
33:18
because No. You like you said, your your
33:22
mind is trying to protect you from yourself where you're like, oh,
33:26
no. I don't want you to hurt yourself if you fail. Exactly.
33:29
Exactly. Yes. Yes. Fear If
33:33
we start understanding fear and we start
33:37
really when when we start recognizing fear
33:41
in our body And we pay attention to it and we
33:45
do the work, the mindset work that is involved
33:49
to shift that fear, Everything in our life changes.
33:52
And, really, well, what I've discovered is that law of
33:56
attraction really is all about mental health and mindset.
34:00
That was my next question is, how can
34:04
people go about using the law of attraction to
34:07
help with whatever mental health issues they're dealing
34:11
with. Everything in law of attraction is about positive
34:15
thinking. So law of attraction primarily teaches us
34:18
how to switch our thoughts around, let
34:22
go those negative beliefs that are blocking us, and move
34:26
forward. Because negative beliefs, guess what they produce as an
34:29
emotion? Fear. Fear. Yeah.
34:33
Right? So we we eliminate those negative beliefs.
34:37
I think that the, the difference in law
34:41
of attraction is That it brings a couple of things
34:44
together in 1 place that have not been together in 1 place
34:48
before. The number one thing is quantum
34:51
physics. Law of attraction is all about
34:55
quantum physics. Number 2, law of attraction is
34:59
all about psychology and mindset. But the number
35:03
3 things that thing that law of attraction brings into that
35:07
mix is the role of faith and trust,
35:11
which are predominantly religious concepts,
35:16
and and we don't go into religion at all. However,
35:20
We go deep into understanding what trust
35:24
is based on quantum physics and
35:28
psychology. And so in my
35:31
mind, the reason law of attraction is so powerful
35:35
in this day and age is because
35:38
people, people need something that
35:42
draws these 3 concepts together. Because
35:46
as a culture, as a society, our science has advanced
35:49
to a level where if something cannot be proven
35:53
scientifically, we question it. We have become a society that in today's day and age
36:01
really recognizes the role of mental
36:04
health and mindset. And we
36:08
are a society that is no longer willing
36:11
to just accept Religion
36:15
without understanding religion fully. And
36:19
so there are a lot of people out there who are
36:22
confused by religion. And law of attraction actually
36:27
builds a bridge between science, psychology, and
36:30
religion In a manner that we are able to
36:34
grasp it and use it right away. And I
36:37
think that is what Why we use this
36:41
new term law of attraction rather than why don't we
36:45
just call it mindset and psychology? Because it's
36:48
not just mindset and psychology, and it's not just religion.
36:52
In fact, it is a mix of science along
36:56
with Psychology and trust and
36:59
faith. Yeah. And and
37:03
And so yeah. So it it's a blend of it all because you
37:07
have to have faith in in in believing what you're
37:10
doing. And because if you do if you don't, it's not gonna
37:14
work. So you have to go in with that faith that what I'm doing
37:18
is the right thing. What Exactly. Yes. What the work that I'm
37:22
putting in is the work that needs to be done. Yes. You have to believe
37:25
in that. You have to trust that in order for it to
37:28
succeed. Yes. Exactly. Exactly.
37:32
So there's a new way of understanding faith and trust, and that
37:36
is what law of attraction is all about.
37:42
Could could you share could you share a powerful affirmation
37:45
or mantra that listeners can incorporate Into their into their
37:49
daily lives. Absolutely.
37:53
So what I teach in the workbook,
37:57
unlimited workbook is a 40 day law of attraction workbook.
38:02
What I teach is that the power of intention.
38:06
Our intention is the most important thing.
38:10
So a morning intention, the
38:14
one that is in the wordbook, which I've been practicing
38:18
for so many years since I wrote the workbooks 2015,
38:22
which is quite a few years. And I teach the workbook every single day
38:25
in my group coaching program. Here, if
38:29
you could just say these words every morning,
38:33
you would start your day off on a very high
38:37
note. And the words are, thank
38:40
you for this brand new opportunity to enjoy life.
38:44
I want my day to unfold with ease. I
38:48
want good things to come my way. I want to
38:51
remember to appreciate People, places, and things.
38:56
I want to be good to myself and others. I
38:59
want to end this day feeling happy and satisfied,
39:03
And I want to remember at all times that all things are
39:07
possible. So this
39:11
basically captures All the things that
39:14
we have to keep in our awareness during the day. Be good to
39:18
yourself and others is all about your self worth. Ending the
39:22
day feeling satisfied raises your self worth.
39:26
Remembering that all things are possible is at the
39:29
basis of everything that is law of attraction. It's very
39:33
empowering. So we use it as a morning intention,
39:37
but really it is something that you can repeat to yourself at any point in
39:40
time during the day. And so this is what I would
39:44
I I think that it has changed so many lives, And
39:48
it is something that I offer with a lot of sincerity to
39:52
anyone who wants to start,
39:56
Using the power of thought to change their lives.
40:02
Oh, man. This is this has been wonderful. I I re
40:05
I really do appreciate you being on the show, but now is the part of
40:09

2 actual real people's lives. And my YouTube channel

41:52
this is a topic I love discussion discussing is is the law of
41:55
attraction. That's something that that's impacting my life. So
41:59
whenever I have these opportunities to discuss it with people, I love it. It
42:03
it's it's something that needs to be shared more often.
42:08

42:11

42:15
do. But thank you. I I really had a great time. This is
42:19

42:27
come share share their their knowledge, share,
42:31
The story is so Absolutely. Thank you. Thank you.
42:35
I I I appreciate it so much. I greatly do that. It
42:38
it's I've I've found
42:42
something here that I love to do. And, again, if
42:46
it had I not taken the action, I would not this conversation
42:49
wouldn't have happened. Exactly. Yes. This this this conversation has been 3
42:53
years in the making. So And
42:57
and it's it's true, though, but these conversations are meant to if if they're meant
43:01
to happen, they will happen. Yes. And then I truly do believe that. So
43:04
thank you. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. This is, great.
43:08
I I love I love talking about this. This is something I I
43:12
feel strongly about that I feel people should learn about and and should
43:16
really do the research and and find their path
43:19
and and and Exactly. Yes. These these are the
43:23
episodes that I love to have. So Absolutely. Again, thank
43:27
you. I I I
