Welcome in to the Subconscious Mind

0:05

Mastery Podcast. Thomas Miller,

0:07

thank you so much for joining us. Oh,

0:09

I am so excited about this, what we're going

0:12

to talk about today. One of

0:14

my two, I would say, favorite

0:16

places in the world to tune

0:19

in and just get downloads and

0:21

be inspired. One is on the hiking

0:23

trail, the other is in the audiobook

0:26

booth, or the podcast booth,

0:28

where I am now. I have gained

0:31

more from narrating Fred's audiobooks

0:34

than anything, anywhere,

0:36

and it's literally from sitting in

0:38

here and merging with that material,

0:41

trying to deliver it, not as

0:44

him, but representing him. But

0:46

this is how thick we

0:49

are. And

0:51

I'm releasing this parallel to

0:53

or along the line of our Sunday

0:56

Spiritual Series, but boy, this

0:58

is just a regular good old Subconscious

1:00

Mind Mastery Podcast, because

1:02

if this one sinks in,

1:05

it will change so much for

1:07

you. And get ready, because I'm about

1:09

to bleed all over myself. I'm telling

1:12

a story of where I just

1:14

literally didn't see something,

1:17

and then a light bulb came on. As

1:19

this is being recorded in, what,

1:22

August, September 2023, I am re-narrating the audiobook

1:24

Parallel

1:28

Universes of Self. Why?

1:30

Has anything changed? No, nothing

1:32

has changed.

1:33

The why is because I can do it better. So

1:36

I launched in, and right off the

1:38

bat, kind of the mantra theme

1:40

of Parallel Universes of Self that

1:42

is an undercurrent theme that

1:45

Fred extends through is, you see

1:47

the world not

1:50

as it is, but as you are. And

1:54

I know some of you are probably finishing

1:56

that sentence along with me. You've heard

1:58

him say it, teach it, you've read it.

1:59

or listen to it in the book,

2:02

you don't see the world as it is. You

2:06

see the world as you are.

2:08

Where I am in the book now, I think I've probably

2:10

read that line at least a half a

2:12

dozen times. So that's acknowledging

2:16

the sentence itself. It's figuring

2:18

out what's the best inflection in the context

2:20

of what else is being written, etc.,

2:22

etc., and then seeing it six times.

2:25

Well, I didn't get it. I

2:27

didn't get it.

2:29

And I'm telling you, if this clicks,

2:33

it will take you into the ultimate

2:35

deepest journey into

2:38

your soul.

2:40

So a lot of you have heard me talk either

2:42

here or on Fun Astrology about

2:44

the trading and the markets that I've been doing.

2:47

There's a reason I've been doing it, and I'm not going

2:49

to go into the long elaboration of it,

2:51

but it's therapy for me. Not

2:53

in the zen therapy of relaxing

2:56

and easy and smooths me

2:58

out. Oh no, it's the couch therapy.

3:01

See I realize that in my astrological

3:03

journey, this is where I weave astrology

3:05

into what I've done to change my life,

3:08

is it shows you where your hang ups are. And

3:10

one of them is money for me. And

3:13

it goes into the past and it involves

3:16

ancestral

3:17

lines and all kinds of things. So

3:19

I've been able to construct the

3:21

what.

3:23

The therapy is exactly

3:25

what Fred was talking about, but I wasn't getting

3:27

it.

3:28

And I wouldn't keep doing this

3:31

if I just all the time keep

3:33

muscle testing, intuitive awareness, my little

3:35

combination package that I do, and

3:37

it always comes back and says, keep

3:39

going.

3:41

Just so you know, what I'm

3:43

doing is I'm trading S&P futures

3:45

and NASDAQ futures

3:47

in a very small amount.

3:50

And keep in mind, I grew up around

3:52

this. I've studied it for years

3:55

and still statistically

3:57

about 90 something percent of

3:59

the people

3:59

who try to trade fail.

4:03

So this is not in any kind of way

4:05

a recommendation or a suggestion

4:07

to do to follow this path. This is

4:09

my little journey that I've been led into

4:12

and specifically to learn these lessons.

4:15

But it's, you know, I kind of, I keep going

4:17

back to this relationship parallel, probably

4:19

because that's my other issue. But it's

4:22

also something that is so prominent and I'm

4:24

hearing it so much now. It's

4:26

so difficult to find good guys. It's

4:28

so difficult to find good women. And

4:30

then you look around and you see happy

4:32

couples

4:33

that have been together for a long time or

4:35

these great relationships. And

4:38

you look at the market and you think,

4:40

gosh, all you have to do is buy low and sell

4:42

high. Should life be this

4:44

difficult?

4:45

And then it just clicked. I'm

4:48

not seeing the chart the way it is. I'm

4:52

seeing the chart the way I am. Encapseled

4:56

in that trade is fear,

4:59

lack of trust, past life

5:01

issues involving money,

5:03

current life issues of dealing with

5:05

money. You know, it's just the whole thing is all bundled

5:07

in that one when you hit the button. There

5:10

it is. It's all filleted out to deal

5:12

with now. So I realized in

5:14

reading those words again, just this

5:16

week, you don't see life.

5:19

You don't see the chart. You don't see

5:21

fill in your own X. Maybe

5:24

it's relationship. Maybe it's job.

5:26

Maybe it's parenting your child, your

5:28

children.

5:29

Put your own fill in the

5:31

blank there. You don't see blank

5:35

the way it is. You see

5:37

blank the way you are. Just

5:41

let that soak in. How

5:45

many parents try to model

5:48

and raise their children the way they

5:50

were raised or counter the way they

5:52

were raised? I love that

5:55

verse in the Proverbs in the Bible. Train

5:57

up a child in the way they should

5:59

go.

5:59

go, not the way you

6:02

went, or not the way everything

6:04

your parents did wrong, train

6:06

up a child in the way they, their

6:09

unique snowflake, brought into this

6:11

world to experience their own soul's

6:14

path,

6:16

the way they should go,

6:18

and when they're old, they will not

6:20

forget it. In

6:21

fact, that's a pretty good parallel to the trade,

6:23

because when they're born, there's

6:26

the initiation of the trade.

6:28

When the market makers take a hold of that

6:31

trade, and they're smelling blood,

6:33

well, it's the same way. The world itself

6:36

tosses, turns, changes, surprises,

6:40

etc., us and our kids,

6:42

we're talking about kids analogy here,

6:45

and all of a sudden by their teenage years, they're

6:47

completely confused.

6:49

Then they turn against what they once

6:51

believed, or when they do it when they're 50, like

6:54

I did. It's been a while,

6:56

but life is happening, and it's confusing,

6:59

and it's frustrating, we don't have our path,

7:01

and in reality, we're not even conscious anymore.

7:04

We've lost the rope somewhere back. Now

7:06

it's survival mode, and seriously,

7:09

then you sit down at 50, or 55, or 60, and you say,

7:13

wow, where did it go?

7:15

So come back into this statement, we

7:18

don't see blank the way it

7:20

is, we see blank the way

7:22

we are. And here's another piece

7:24

of this that I've seen a couple of times here

7:27

lately,

7:28

is that often we weave

7:30

a protective layer around

7:32

that perspective, the as we

7:35

are perspective, so that we can protect

7:37

it, so that we don't have to do the

7:39

subconscious work that we talk about in

7:41

this podcast, we don't have to pull the lid

7:43

off of Pandora's box. In other

7:45

words, we know there are challenges,

7:48

but we've developed some kind of layer

7:50

of functionality, at least survival.

7:53

So if we open the lid, then all of a

7:55

sudden there's all this stuff that we're going to have

7:58

to do, and we know it, so we cover it.

7:59

it. See why I'm staying with the trading?

8:02

It makes me face this stuff.

8:05

Be thinking about what's your blank, what

8:07

is, how would you fill this in?

8:09

We see money, we see

8:12

relationship, we see kids, not

8:14

the way they are. I

8:16

see it or them the

8:18

way I am.

8:20

So let's first of all give ourselves a

8:22

little bit of self-love.

8:24

Hey man, it's tough out there and

8:26

we've done the best we can. It's

8:28

like peeling an onion. And here we are facing

8:31

this new truth, looking at it hopefully

8:33

with some awakened eyes, the aha moment,

8:36

and

8:37

to realize that in that

8:39

situation, in life, we

8:41

have this opportunity to always

8:43

be peeling the layers. Peeling the onion,

8:46

right?

8:47

So I had to stop and think

8:49

about what does it mean that I'm

8:51

seeing the chart the way

8:53

I am. So

8:54

I've been asking, what's the lesson

8:57

behind this? The market is a

8:59

mirror.

9:01

And generally it comes back to fear. And

9:03

I think lack of confidence. Not that I

9:05

didn't know which way, because every time,

9:07

every time when I close that trade, just

9:10

count maybe two minutes, it's

9:12

gone the way that I was anticipating

9:14

it to go and it would have been profitable. So you

9:17

can add timing to the mix. You

9:19

could put panic in there, acting too

9:21

quickly, impulsive, hello, Mr.

9:23

Mars and sun on top of each other in

9:25

my natal chart.

9:27

So you can see how I am seeing the

9:29

chart the way I am. In other

9:31

words, I'm most of the time right.

9:34

My stuff, I believe,

9:36

is what's keeping these trades from being positive.

9:39

And how many of you could say that about

9:42

a relationship? So for example,

9:44

you get into a relationship and it's going

9:46

well and everything is looking good

9:48

and then all of a sudden things start to happen. You

9:51

start to pull back into your hole. Your

9:53

partner pushes away. Now there's friction

9:55

and tension. Then all of a sudden you decide

9:58

that it's better to just go at it alone.

9:59

So the relationship is over, you know, something

10:02

like that, right? But that's a process

10:04

that goes through and you then you're sitting

10:06

there at 30 in your thirties and your forties

10:09

and you're wondering, why am I single? Because

10:11

you're in the relationship as you

10:13

are. It might be a great relationship,

10:16

not as it is. Hey, you chose well,

10:18

but that bag of stuff got in the way.

10:21

See these mirrors beautifully show

10:23

up in our life to teach us these lessons.

10:25

It's not about the trading. It's not about

10:27

the relationship.

10:29

It's about the journey. It's about the lessons.

10:32

Ooh, I know this is heavy, but let

10:34

that line sink in. You

10:38

know what else that does? That takes

10:40

judgment out of the picture. Doesn't

10:42

it? In other words, the thing that

10:44

we've said, fill in the blank

10:47

just is

10:48

when we started the Sunday series, we

10:51

read a couple of chapters from the Tao Te Ching.

10:53

We're going to get back to that. That was good.

10:55

And I enjoyed that. But the Tao Te Ching's

10:58

message is that very thing.

11:00

Observe it

11:01

in nothingness. It just

11:03

is.

11:04

Now, now we

11:07

get into the subconscious piece, don't we?

11:09

Yeah, because now

11:11

it's like, okay, then we are

11:13

just looking at something, fill in your blank,

11:15

right? You've got your blank in mind, whatever

11:17

it is.

11:19

Mine is money. So let's just keep going

11:21

down that line. So I have money in

11:23

mind and I just observe it.

11:26

Can I look at the thing from a neutral

11:28

perspective? Yeah, I've trained myself.

11:30

I do that quite often, but

11:33

there's the subconscious piece. Isn't there? Yes,

11:36

it's under the surface and

11:39

boy, is it strong. So even

11:41

though you're sitting there looking at it like you

11:43

think you're from this neutral vantage

11:46

point, really you have this

11:48

knapsack over your shoulder and

11:51

it's right there. And it still

11:53

is driving the show, but we either

11:55

a are just completely oblivious

11:57

to it or B we've masked it to.

11:59

to the point that it's not a reality

12:02

anymore. Oh boy, and here's another little

12:04

rabbit hole. I'm gonna go down real quick just

12:06

to throw this in here. I've been observing it a lot,

12:09

so it's been in the space,

12:11

is that one of the areas that we use

12:13

to mask is spirituality.

12:16

And this is why we did those four weeks

12:18

to set aside and say,

12:21

be sure to examine your own spiritual

12:24

practice to make sure that

12:26

it's not a mask.

12:28

I've seen it, oh, I've seen it. And

12:30

it's a very effective mask and it is a

12:32

hard one to bring to the surface.

12:34

You have to be willing to do it yourself. Am I hiding

12:37

inside my spirituality? And one

12:39

of the ways that you can tell

12:41

is if you bring, yes, even

12:43

source or God or

12:46

the practice

12:47

excessively into everything

12:50

as a crutch. I saw this so

12:52

much in the church and please don't get

12:54

me wrong here. This is a whole podcast

12:57

in and of itself. And I could make a very compelling

12:59

case for this. We're not going to do it

13:01

today,

13:02

but just to say that that is one of

13:05

these points to watch for is

13:07

if there's too much wrapped up

13:09

in the spiritual practice that you lose

13:12

sight of,

13:13

that you have been given these amazing

13:16

co-creating abilities.

13:18

Fred did a video here recently

13:20

on his YouTube channel, Frederick Dodson

13:23

YouTube channel, or you can search Reality

13:25

Creation, it gets you there too.

13:27

And this is dated, so this is end

13:29

of August, 2023 is when this

13:31

video was released.

13:33

But it was about 10 minutes long on

13:36

how he communicates with

13:38

divine source, with God, with

13:41

his creator, with his all that

13:43

is highest power. And he went through

13:45

various levels of this connection

13:48

and how he interacts with source. And

13:50

one of the points about in the middle, I think

13:53

as I remember,

13:54

is that he said, I don't go

13:57

begging to God for answers and questions.

13:59

You know, I need this or I need that. Give me this,

14:02

give me that. Because he said, I am

14:04

a conscious creator, so I figure it's my

14:06

responsibility to create my

14:08

own reality. But sometimes I like

14:10

to check in. That's good stuff. It's

14:13

not a crutch. It's a source.

14:15

It's a co-creating partnership.

14:17

But it's mostly our responsibility.

14:20

Least the earth part down here. We

14:22

bring source in for the up there

14:24

part. But

14:25

see, either I guess you'd call it the

14:27

end of the line or the next layer of the onion

14:30

came for me this week in the booth

14:32

when finally I had to face that line

14:35

and step away from the book and

14:37

own the lesson.

14:39

You're not seeing this the way it is. Like,

14:42

oh, that's it. More

14:45

inner work to do.

14:47

The market is just a reflection.

14:49

So are the relationships. So

14:52

is the parenting. So is the boss.

14:54

They're all just mirrors.

14:59

So let's put a meditation with this.

15:02

I'm going to play some music again from Fred

15:04

and just let it go again because this

15:06

is, to me, journal work

15:08

kind of stuff. So

15:11

first of all, figure out

15:13

what's in that blank for you.

15:15

And it might just be life in general,

15:18

especially right now. You might

15:20

be thinking, why am I so stuck?

15:23

Why is it that seems like nothing

15:25

is working and it hasn't for a

15:28

while? Fill

15:30

in the blank. Maybe it's money, job,

15:33

relationship, family,

15:35

kids, whatever it is. And

15:37

you know, as an offset, I always like to think

15:40

about what do I do well? Don't just

15:42

dwell on the fill in the blank of what's

15:44

not working. Think about there's something in

15:46

your life that you do brilliantly or

15:49

you do proficiently. And even

15:51

if that's your job and you may not

15:53

really enjoy your job, but you

15:55

do it really well, think about that

15:57

on the positive side. At least have a good time.

16:00

something there that's a positive.

16:03

In other words, when you say, I don't

16:05

see that blank the

16:08

way it is, I see it the

16:10

way I am, and I am

16:12

pretty darn good in that area.

16:15

That one flows. That one I've

16:17

become pretty good at. But this

16:19

other blank, now that one still needs

16:21

some work. That's the one we're focusing on. And

16:25

then apply the broad statement

16:28

to the specific issue. I

16:30

don't see this. I don't see

16:32

life the way it is.

16:36

I see it the way I am. It's

16:39

almost like

16:40

the first of the 12 steps. It's

16:42

like until you realize that this

16:44

is about me. See, that was a, I had

16:46

figured this out with the chart. I knew

16:48

that it was me, not it.

16:51

But I've masked it so well, like

16:53

we just talked about, that I was fooling

16:55

my own self.

16:56

So this is where taking a journal

16:59

and being with this, letting

17:02

things bubble up. So

17:05

think about how do you see

17:08

that issue when it says you

17:10

don't see life the

17:13

way it is. You see it the way

17:15

you are. Define

17:17

that. What's inside

17:19

how you see it. That's where

17:22

all these sub realities

17:24

come up. I see it through fear. I see

17:26

it through abandonment. I see

17:28

it through anger. Or the

17:31

opposite. I see it through being the doormat.

17:34

It could be either side, the aggressor

17:36

or the doormat. Or I see

17:39

it as it's easier not

17:41

to see it. Sweep it under. And

17:44

if that's the reality, just put it

17:46

down. It's a starting place.

17:48

I know

17:51

we're going to leave this a little bit incomplete

17:53

because this is the capturing and understanding

17:56

piece. The turning it

17:58

around piece. Now that's

17:59

That's where we go digging into our subconscious

18:02

programming.

18:04

And maybe it needs some external

18:06

reality, like what I'm doing, to

18:10

at least give you the platform

18:12

to face it. And

18:15

that might involve being in a relationship,

18:18

working with the one you're in already,

18:20

reassessing what's going on

18:22

with the kids, the family. Maybe

18:25

the

18:25

job or the supervisors,

18:27

the boss,

18:28

the management team. Maybe that's

18:30

the equivalent for you. And

18:33

then also include in this little

18:35

process, how

18:37

am I covering this up? How

18:40

have I learned to survive? How

18:43

am I fooling myself here?

18:46

This is just you and your journal. This

18:48

is getting real with the mantra

18:51

of parallel universes of self. I'm

18:54

really not seeing things as

18:56

they are. I'm seeing

18:59

them as I am. Let that

19:01

really sink in. This

19:03

meditative work might go way beyond

19:06

the length of this music.

19:08

It's a process worth pursuing. Just

19:11

know that I'm doing it right along with you. Enjoy

19:15

the music. It's from Fred. And

19:18

enjoy the journey. We'll see

19:20

you next time. Thanks for listening.
