Welcome in to the Subconscious Mind Mastery

0:05

Podcast, the Sunday Series. I'm Thomas

0:07

Miller and I really do thank you for

0:09

being here. You know there are like over

0:11

a million podcasts out there now, so

0:14

that you landed on this one and are spending

0:16

some time here. I really do appreciate

0:18

it. We're going to talk about,

0:21

I think what probably is one of

0:23

my favorite verses in the Bible.

0:25

It comes from the Old Testament and I wanted

0:27

to talk about this in one context

0:30

and then I had a phone call last night

0:32

as I'm recording this the next morning.

0:35

I was like, no, I'm going to tell a story.

0:38

I'm going to absolutely tell a story. What

0:40

a much better way to go. This

0:43

comes from the book of Proverbs. The

0:45

book of Proverbs in the Old Testament was written

0:48

by Solomon. Just some very

0:50

quick over skim history going

0:52

back to about a thousand BC. The

0:55

Hebrews or the Israelites, if you will,

0:57

after their exodus from Egypt had

0:59

been wandering in what is now the Sinai

1:02

area for 40 years. I don't

1:04

know why God would have chosen that as

1:06

their destiny because people wandering

1:08

around in the desert for 40 years would

1:10

get grumpy and they did. So

1:13

one day they started crying out for a king.

1:15

They said, everybody else around here has a

1:17

king. We want a king. God

1:20

said, oh, you don't know what you're asking for.

1:23

Yes, we do. Yes, we do. We want a king

1:25

and we want one now. Well, Saul

1:27

was appointed the first king and

1:30

then he got booted out because of corrupt

1:32

politics. I'll

1:36

let you sit with that one. But then the

1:38

little shepherd boy, David became

1:40

king. David of David and Goliath

1:42

lore. He had a little mishap, but otherwise

1:45

served the Lord well. After his

1:47

death, his son Solomon became

1:49

king and God granted

1:52

Solomon one wish because of the

1:54

faithfulness of his father, because

1:56

God called David a man after his

1:59

own heart.

2:00

And Solomon chose for his one

2:02

wish from the Lord wisdom,

2:06

and he became the wisest man on

2:08

earth, and just like his father, he

2:10

captured that which was in his heart. For

2:13

David the Psalms, for Solomon

2:16

the Proverbs. The reason I love the

2:18

Proverbs is I think it is some of the most

2:20

unsoiled or potentially less

2:22

contaminated area of Scripture. And

2:25

I know that in and of itself is a vast

2:27

and complicated and conflicting

2:30

topic, but really it boils down to

2:32

opinion because there is no evidence

2:34

going back to 1000 B.C. All

2:37

right, that's just a kind of a little brief history

2:39

of how did we get here and what are we listening

2:41

to. In Proverbs

2:44

chapter 4 verse 23, and

2:46

most of these Proverbs are just little nuggets,

2:48

they're not drawn out paragraphs. This

2:51

one says, Above all else,

2:54

guard your heart, for

2:57

everything you do flows from

2:59

it. And since we're doing

3:01

a little bit more digging on these Sundays, I

3:04

went into the Hebrew and looked up the

3:06

word that's used for guard. And

3:08

keep is really the word that comes

3:11

out more. Keep your heart, and

3:13

your heart here is your soul. It's

3:16

your inner self. It's your subconscious mind.

3:18

It's your everything that we talk about on here.

3:21

So not only does it show up in this wise

3:23

old proverb from the 900s, probably B.C., I

3:28

think we could say that it's become a theme and a topic

3:30

around here too. So you might say, keep

3:32

my heart from what? Keep my soul.

3:35

Keep the very essence of who I am that

3:37

from which my life flows. Keep

3:40

it from what? Keep it. What

3:42

do you mean keep it? It's almost like we've been through

3:44

this retrograde season or we're in retrograde

3:46

season 2023 as this

3:48

is being recorded and it's been a doozy

3:51

so far. Retrograde planets

3:53

in the sky, we always attach re-words,

3:56

repair, review, re-evaluate,

3:59

etc. Well, here we

4:01

could talk about keep safe, keep

4:03

close. To a degree, try

4:05

on keep innocent, keep healthy.

4:08

That would be our thoughts, right? Keep

4:10

on its highest timeline. I

4:13

can't get away from that. But in other

4:15

words, keep it maximized. Now

4:17

let's think about the second part of this,

4:19

because everything you do

4:22

flows from it. So

4:24

now we really are down to not

4:26

a macro view of our heart, but

4:28

a very micro minute-by-minute

4:31

even hour-by-hour view of

4:33

our heart, our soul, our consciousness,

4:36

our inner essence, our very being.

4:39

So if we go that far, how

4:41

often do we get tripped up? How

4:43

often during the day does a particular

4:46

situation get us not optimal?

4:49

And what we do is we sacrifice

4:51

our heart, the very essence of our self,

4:54

for this temporary situation

4:56

that happens to be in front of us, whether it's from

4:58

an email, a phone call, knock

5:01

on the door, whatever it is. Conversation,

5:04

traffic, the weather, the kids,

5:06

the partner, spouse, all of the

5:09

externals. Or you might have done

5:11

what I did over New Year's this year. I

5:13

listened to a couple of audio books written

5:16

by the kids of Johnny Cash, the memoirs,

5:19

if you will. It wasn't the words,

5:21

it wasn't the stories, all of

5:23

that was quite neutral, actually. But

5:26

my heart, my empathic heart,

5:28

picked up on the pain. It took me

5:31

probably two weeks to get neutral

5:33

back from that. I mentioned this situation

5:36

about a month ago where I was trying to help someone

5:38

and ended up not guarding

5:40

my heart. Clock off another two

5:43

weeks when I used to drink alcohol.

5:45

Could have a little too much. Clock off,

5:48

I don't know, 48, 72 hours. That's

5:51

what Hymnett said. He knew that when he had a beer

5:53

it would take him three or four days to get back

5:55

to the spiritual place where he was before.

5:58

And he was like, I'm done with this. I'm not going to get it. up

6:00

that time. You go to a movie and

6:02

you sit through it instead of getting up and walking

6:04

out and you're shaken up for a few days

6:06

or weeks. Now stop

6:09

right here because this gets really

6:11

close, dangerously close

6:14

to some kind of performance or due

6:17

list or behavioral list etc.

6:20

And I'm sorry I grew up with that and

6:22

I'm not bringing that in here but I'm just saying

6:24

evaluate in your life

6:27

when you open the portal and don't

6:29

guard your heart and what the effect is

6:31

and what causes it. Because

6:34

maybe some of those things for you

6:36

amplify your heart.

6:39

So my list is not your list.

6:42

I was listing things that have in

6:44

the past tripped me up. My

6:46

personal story, you have to dissect

6:48

your own list. What crosses

6:51

your path either on a daily or

6:53

say weekly, monthly or an infrequent

6:56

basis where maybe even

6:58

innocently, very innocently, the

7:01

heart is unguarded for a little

7:03

bit and from it flows everything

7:05

that you do and for some period

7:08

of time thereafter, days, weeks etc.,

7:11

you're left trying to find your equilibrium

7:13

again. Now

7:15

we've just been focusing for about what,

7:17

three or four minutes probably on that.

7:20

So now what we're going to do is pivot

7:23

and spend more than three or four minutes

7:25

talking about the good side. We're going

7:27

to talk about empowering our heart because

7:30

that's how you offset that negative energy. So

7:32

even if you work through this later and

7:35

you say, oh man, I want to sit down with my journal and

7:37

yes, I want to identify these things so that

7:39

I know and I can anticipate and I can avoid

7:41

because I want to be on my highest timeline. And

7:44

two or three or five times

7:47

as much time on the other side

7:49

on the positive identifiers than

7:52

you did on the negative identifiers. Deal

7:55

and please don't set your

7:57

journal or your pen down until you've

8:00

done the positive side. Don't leave it for later

8:02

because then your heart in this

8:04

context is going to be stuck with the negative

8:07

side, the things that bring you down and what are they

8:09

going to go out and look for more negative. When you

8:11

finish this exercise, just like

8:13

when you finish this podcast, we're going to

8:16

end on a high so that you can take that

8:18

out and live your highest timeline from

8:20

your heart. Guarded, protected, shielded,

8:23

ready to go. I mentioned I had

8:25

a phone call that triggered what I was going

8:27

to do with this podcast from what I had thought

8:29

because I was sitting here and I was like, gosh, this is

8:32

just a bunch of rules like what I grew up with.

8:34

Thou shalt not, dot, dot, dot. And

8:36

then I called Sarah Wakeman.

8:39

A lot of you all know Sarah from our Facebook

8:42

group for several years now in

8:44

there. She's been our CEO, our chief

8:46

engagement officer because Sarah

8:53

can put a post in Facebook that says,

8:56

show us your flowers. And

8:59

a hundred of you have put flower pictures in there.

9:01

I mean, it's just like she has this natural

9:04

gift of ability to engage

9:06

on social media. And I just mentioned

9:08

journal. And if you need a journal,

9:11

we have created a little store

9:13

and Sarah is running the store. She's

9:15

put it all together. She's overseeing

9:18

it. It's really her project. I am thrilled

9:20

to be helping her with it. But that's

9:22

at the top of our Facebook group. And

9:24

it's also in the fun astrology.com

9:27

website. Scroll down a little bit from the

9:29

top fun astrology.com and you'll

9:31

see the products there and it takes you right

9:33

to her store. I say her store.

9:36

It's our store in a sense. There's a podcast

9:38

section and that's the part that I'm sharing

9:40

with her. And then she has the Sarah shop

9:43

to her part, but the journals

9:45

are in there. And if you'd like, if you need to pick up a journal, we

9:47

have several varieties of ones that

9:49

you can get, but it's another one of those little ways

9:52

like the audio books where when you buy, we

9:54

are benefited and we very much appreciate

9:57

it. Keep this train going. Okay.

9:59

So I had a a couple of things that I wanted to talk

10:01

to Sarah about. But it had been

10:03

a little bit since we had talked and we left it

10:05

at a particular place last time and she was

10:08

doing this work that we had discussed and I

10:10

saw the first thing I said is, how's it going? Well

10:13

there's a song out there called Heart on

10:15

Fire I think, but anyway it's a Christian song

10:17

but it's um, what

10:19

I heard was a heart on fire and

10:21

I mean in an incredible,

10:24

beautiful, passionate way. And

10:26

she had just decided that in her own

10:28

way she was going to take the bull by the

10:30

horns and just do this. And

10:32

she's like, I'm going to just do it and then you

10:34

know whatever comes comes and if I don't

10:36

get my million dollar, I think what she said, $100,000 by the end

10:39

of the year, if

10:41

I have $3,000, well that's fine. I'll just

10:43

start with that for next year. I mean it's just she's got

10:45

a beautiful attitude about this. But

10:48

she did a little money manifesting from

10:51

the principles in Think and Grow Rich. So

10:54

her first goal was $100 to just show up. Second

10:58

goal was $1,000. Third goal was $5,000

11:00

and it went on up. Well

11:03

she told me the story. Out of basically

11:06

nowhere $100 showed up. She's

11:08

like, she's looking for it right? So she's like, okay

11:10

cool thanks universe now where's the thousand? It's

11:13

like where's it coming? It's coming. It's

11:15

going to show up. And sure enough a

11:17

very interesting story related to

11:19

her family but a family member for

11:22

a specific purpose gave

11:24

her $1,000. $1,000, exactly

11:27

the amount that she had manifest

11:29

or said that she was going to. She said so

11:31

now I'm looking for my five and it's going to show up.

11:35

So one of the things I realized in talking

11:37

through with her is that Sarah

11:39

had recently made a job change. She

11:42

was working for a little brew pub

11:44

there in Kansas City area where

11:46

she lives that is no longer in business.

11:49

It didn't make it so that was the reason

11:51

for the change. And it was like

11:53

a family to her. Well now

11:55

she's working for the Karma Community

11:58

Market which is located in the

12:00

downtown area of her little town

12:02

of Blue Springs, Missouri. So those

12:05

of you in the Kansas City area, please

12:07

go in and check it out and introduce yourself

12:10

to Sarah when she's there. It's

12:12

one of the little deals where there

12:14

are 30 local artisans,

12:17

artists there, local small

12:19

business owners like Sarah,

12:22

and she is one of those 30. She has a

12:24

booth in there, but she's also doing

12:26

their marketing and their event coordinating. And

12:29

the people she's working with, I

12:31

mean they have meetings about manifesting,

12:33

setting intentions, following their bliss,

12:36

following their heart, following their passion, doing

12:38

what they know that they are intended

12:40

to do. And I can tell you just as

12:43

a telephone observer, the

12:45

difference in her voice is night

12:48

and day. Why? Because

12:50

everything we do comes from

12:52

our heart, and this is what's flowing

12:54

through her heart now. And

12:57

I was calling to check in on a couple of things,

12:59

and I ended up becoming so inspired

13:01

just from our conversation that it

13:03

really helped lift my game and my

13:06

soul on some things that I'm now

13:08

inspired to be doing. But that little

13:10

bit of shift between the

13:13

common and now the

13:15

higher timeline spiritual path,

13:18

what voices are in her ears, the

13:20

kinds of intentions that are now

13:23

influencing her, the positive

13:25

vibrations instead of I'm sure

13:28

probably in common, you know, in the

13:30

common world, it's like, oh, the economy

13:32

is so bad and duh, duh, duh, duh, duh. But

13:35

they're not listening to any of that. And in fact,

13:37

as I'm recording this, they are having

13:39

a huge festival in this town and

13:41

they are expecting thousands, tens

13:44

of thousands of people to walk

13:46

by and hopefully in their shop this

13:48

weekend. That is as beautiful

13:51

of a real picture of

13:53

guarding your heart as there ever could

13:55

be. If you'd like to catch a picture

13:58

of the little shop, go to communitymarket.com.

14:02

In fact, there's an upcoming events

14:04

tab at the top. That's what Sarah's been

14:06

working on. And then if you just look around the about

14:09

tab and some of the other pictures

14:11

there, you'll see high energy. You'll feel

14:14

the vibe. So this kicked off

14:16

a couple of things. In fact, one of the things that you'll be hearing

14:18

about next month, Sarah said, Thomas, I've

14:20

been wanting you to do that for two years. I'm

14:23

like, okay, I'm a slow learner,

14:25

but we're going to get there. But this is

14:27

kind of like the Russian dolls. You know, there's one thing

14:29

inside another inside another. And one

14:31

of the things that I'm going to do inside the other,

14:34

other, other is go back to the

14:36

basics and the Catherine Ponder

14:39

meditations, affirmations. And

14:41

I looked her up and she is still with us

14:43

at 97. What an

14:45

amazing woman. And you know, all those

14:48

affirmations came during a time

14:50

when there was a big recession in the

14:53

country. And she was a minister

14:55

at a church in, get this, Birmingham,

14:57

Alabama in the 1960s.

15:00

And they just decided they were not going

15:02

to participate in the recession and they

15:04

didn't. So while people around

15:06

them and the news and everything was dark

15:09

and gloomy, they were thriving. They

15:11

were prospering. I want to elevate

15:13

that now before all of this sets

15:15

in. So I've been doing astrology readings

15:18

again, and I've heard from several

15:20

of you. I mean, I've heard it from not only listeners,

15:22

but also even a little store in Asheville

15:24

this week about how it's tightening

15:27

up out there. One of our listeners lost

15:29

a couple of accounts in the last two

15:31

weeks. Okay, let's

15:33

start doing some affirmations. And I'm

15:35

going to bring that to the table soon because

15:38

it truly is what you fill your mind

15:40

with is what flows out from

15:43

your heart. And that's why wise

15:45

old King Solomon wrote what

15:47

he wrote. He gave the advice.

15:50

It's good advice. It's up to us to implement

15:52

it. So let's take

15:55

some room now to work

15:57

through this. I don't think you

15:59

need to. my voice. You've got enough thoughts

16:02

of your own that you need to sort out right now, I

16:04

would hope. And why don't

16:06

you start with the contrast between

16:09

triggers of opening

16:11

the heart to things that you don't want,

16:14

that don't move you on your highest timeline.

16:17

We spend time marking these

16:19

and writing them, and I would suggest journaling

16:21

them, because we want to know

16:23

what they are. We want to know when we're

16:25

vulnerable. We want to know in the past, if

16:28

A equals B and B equals C,

16:30

then A equals C, right?

16:33

So if you know what's likely

16:35

to trigger that is going to produce

16:38

the result you don't want, C, then you can

16:41

be looking out for those events. You could be

16:43

looking out for those vulnerabilities. Then

16:46

your next column is, what's my game

16:48

plan when A happens or B

16:50

happens? What's my game plan of

16:53

how I'm going to handle it? This is that

16:55

concept of game filming. What

16:57

sports teams do. They look for the weaknesses.

17:00

They look for the opportunities. How can

17:02

we win against this equal opponent?

17:04

You look for ways where you can be stronger. And

17:07

then you start to identify what

17:09

the high timeline things are for you.

17:12

What elevates you? So like Sarah, if

17:14

you had spent some time in the high

17:16

side, that you just know

17:19

people can hear a difference in your voice. There's

17:21

a lightness in your step. You know that you're more

17:23

on purpose. And then the other thing I would do

17:25

is work that out through the various timelines.

17:28

So what's the big macro picture? Is

17:30

your whole life on that kind of track?

17:33

And then bring it down from there all the way

17:36

down to what could throw you off or

17:38

on at least hour by hour.

17:40

And then the game plan

17:42

again of how you're going to be on your highest

17:45

timeline. And that gets more positive

17:47

thinking because now it's not how am I not

17:49

going to do this, but it's how am I going

17:52

to do this? And that's being in control

17:54

of your life. So let me duck out of here.

17:56

Sarah, thank you for letting me share that story.

17:59

And I'll see you next time. Bye-bye. I hope that people will check

18:01

out your store too. I'm going to play

18:03

a little bit of Fred Dodson's music and then

18:05

I like this bubbling brook with

18:07

the binaural beat so I'll do some

18:10

of that too. Thank you so much for listening.

18:12

I hope this exercise is hugely

18:14

beneficial for you. Next episode

18:17

upcoming midweek is Fred Dodson's

18:19

interview on clearing entities

18:22

and it's certainly relevant what's

18:24

going on in our world today. We

18:27

have a wonderful Sunday. Got more good

18:29

stuff coming.

18:30

Enjoy the turning.

18:32

And Thomas Miller. Thanks for listening. Bye.

33:34

go

33:51

far enough.
