By night, Adam runs his career coaching startup, Broda Coaching, and works to teach clients effective strategies for transitioning into tech and engineering companies. Broda Coaching instructs from the perspective of a Hiring Manager, and offers a variety of services designed to help people improve career and leadership skills to accomplish their goals. Adam lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife and two young children.
