Two months after giving birth with her second daughter, Sarah was diagnosed with Choriocarcinoma, a pregnancy related cancer. As a young mother, Sarah shares her journey with not only her cancer diagnosis, but also the Cystic Fibrosis diagnosis of her baby.
Sarah is an advocate for young adults with cancer and advises people to not hold back from reaching out for help.
