Tom Welsh, DPT, is a Lead Physical Therapist and Clinic Director of our Summerville location.

Tom treats his patients with a unique combination of orthopedic and biomechanical analysis. He has an extensive manual therapy skill set with a specialization in trigger point/functional dry needling. He himself has an athletic background having experience in playing competitive baseball, football, lacrosse, power lifting and wrestling throughout school.

Tyler relocated to the low country in 2015 from Green Bay, Wisconsin to join the Atlas Physical Therapy team. He received both a Bachelors of Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Tyler Starkweather, DPT, enjoyed participating in sports throughout his childhood and into college. His personal athletic related injuries sparked an affinity for the outpatient orthopedic setting.
