And it is just in time too! Here is a clean, and easy meal that the kids can help make. Denise tells Matt and I how to make homemade Turkey Burgers, with a side of Broccoli Salad.

Turkey Burger
4 Burgers
1 Medium Onion Finley Diced
2 Cloves of Garlic
2Tbs. Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1 1/2 lb. Ground Turkey
1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbs. Ketchup
2 Tbs. Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 Egg White
1 Tbs. Dried Parsley
Fresh Ground Pepper & Salt
Brioche or Wheat Buns
Fixins: yummy cheese like smoked Gouda, lettuce, tomato, pickle, red onion, condiments
A large skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, salt & pepper until soft and slightly browned
Mix all ingredients (+ onion mixture) together and form into patties
Cook patties in same large skillet on medium-high heat. Turning once making internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
