I am pleased to share with you that I too have wasted my entire adult years going through the flow or as some may call it "the motions" of life. My mentor says that I have a very optimistic outlook in life, living passively which has led me to live a mediocre life. He said this on our first meeting, and he was entirely right. And while deep down inside I knew that taking the easier route was one that I frequented often, it wasn't until I lost my job that I knew I needed to take different one. One that is considerably more difficult to maneuver but also meaningful and worthwhile. One that will hopefully, when looking back, all I will have left behind is my legacy that I created.
