Hello, I’m Jessica and in this the very first episode of Talent Keeping I’d like to tell you about the inspiration for the podcast, what it’s about and a bit about me. 

Talent Keeping is a series of conversations with interesting guests who have stories to tell about practices, policies and behaviours that help organisations attract and keep great people. We're on a TED.com-like mission to spread the good stuff. In this season we’re exploring brilliant bosses and the specific behaviours that make them remarkable, as told by one of their team members. 

And me? I’m a psychologist, author and CEO of The Talent Keeper Specialists. We help our clients keep and fuel the people in their organisation who are taking extended leave (think maternity, adoption, shared parental leave, sick leave, carers leave and sabbaticals).
