In this episode which was recorded in LGBTQ+ History Month 2021 we talk about Sharon's diversity and inclusion consultancy Constructing Rainbows and how she helps organisations in the built environment become inclusive and more diverse.  What does inclusion mean to her and why is it important in the workplace but also why she choose this path from her start as being a quantity surveyor.   

We discuss LGBT+ in FM and the role that the group plays in not only supporting the LGBTQ+ community that work in facilities management but also in becoming an agent for change in creating diversity policies to support clients in implementing D&I throughout their supply chain.

We also talk about the importance of her pro-bono work and mentoring in promoting D&I in the built environment, holding organisations to a higher standard and promoting best practice.
