In 1985 Wynand du Toit led a patrol of crack South African Recce soldiers from a submarine to a sensitive oil installation in Angola. After almost 3 years of solitary confinement, he was suddenly released. His subsequent search for the truth behind the failed mission, however, raised more questions than answers.
