We introduce you to international athlete, Monique Morgan talking about all things nutrition, fitness and what it’s like to be an international athlete. Monique is from Jamaica, now living in Michigan and competes in the 100 metre hurdles and in 2012 she was the Jamaican National Champion in the 100 metre hurdles, semi-finalist at the Indoor World Championships in Sopot, Poland, and was the 4th place finisher in the 2016 Olympic trials in Jamaica, and reveals her story about meeting the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt.
