Today, as we start a new week, I'm aware that some of you may be feeling the weight of life’s challenges. And trust me, I'm right there with you. I've recently faced some tough times myself—moments that almost brought me to tears out of frustration and disappointment.

In this episode, we’re going to explore why it's essential to remember and reflect on these struggles. Throughout life, we are bound to face adversity.
