In celebration of International Women’s Day, UCL are speaking to seven senior women who are the titans of their fields. Presented by Cathy Giagrande and Dr Gudrun Moore, they discuss sexual harassment, racial inequality, mentorship, mental health, and success - no topic is off the table.

In Episode 1, Cathy and Gudrun talk to Ijeoma Uchegbu (Pro-Vice Provost for Africa and the Middle East and Professor of Pharmaceutical Nanoscience) about racial inequality in academia and the work that she’s doing to bring about positive change.
