Chris Soignier started in Corporate finance But found that something was missing.  Money and benefits were good, but the stress, his health, and his work-life balance were not aligned. Thankfully a mentor had Chris read the Cash Flow Quadrant, and he had an epiphany that he wasn’t meant to be a W2 employee.

Chris started investing passively in multi-family and was fired from his corporate job almost the day after he finished reading the book. It was the turning point for Chris and He went all-in on single-family investing.  He got licensed 7 months later w/ the intent to be his only client, selling his flips.

He now is the head of a group of agents that is growing monthly as well as having a great investment portfolio consisting primarily of multifamily syndication interests, but also oil and gas wells, CRE NNN, real estate lending, A/R factoring, and BTC mining.
