When you love, there is the opportunity to let go of all the judgements, all the limiting beliefs and all the tight containers that keep you small.  But actually loving, real love, passionate love, quiet love – and not a saccharine greetings card love– that is not so easy.  Because of all those thoughts, all those feelings and all that “stuff” that stand in the way. 

So we practise… “Even though I have this issue, I love and accept myself.”
