We all play a role as an ally -- or at least I really hope my listeners do. An ally is a person who acts with and for others in pursuit of ending oppression and creating equality. Lately, I've seen a lot of well-meaning allies, and some not so well-meaning allies, show up in ways that don't support the safety of those they are wanting to lift up. So today, I'm talking about how to be a safe person and cultivate safe spaces.
