In this episode, James talks over Skype with Jennifer Imazeki. Jennifer is a Professor of Economics at San Diego State University where she conducts research in the economics of K-12 education, including work on school finance reform and adequacy, and teacher labor markets. The whole conversation lasted over an hour so will be broken up into two parts. During this second part, James and Jennifer talk about how Jennifer became interested in teaching economics and discuss the future of the profession when it comes to teaching specialists.
