Our relationship with food is so complex and important for both our physical and mental health. I’ve spent a lot of my adult life trying to deprogram diet culture and deal with guilt around certain foods, reprogramming the morality we place on how we eat. And I've spent the last few years trying to figure out how to use food to make me feel physically good... how can I nourish myself, how can I optimize myself with what I consume, and how food impacts my hormone imbalances.
So today, we're diving deep with Amber Romaniuk on emotional eating, diet culture, food triggers, and the impact of hormones and cravings.
Amber is an Emotional Eating, Digestive and Hormone Expert, with 10 years experience helping women create body confidence, intuition and optimal health through mindset healing, self-care and overcoming self-sabotage with food.
